Bagels are good, but there’s a lot of false advertisement. They do not have tofu cream cheese or mini bagels, despite numerous signs claiming they do. I came in before 9 AM, so they weren’t sold out.

I’m very pleased with the service and food here. Serval months of walk in and phone orders and it’s been perfect every time. Definitely recommend breakfast here. Egg, cheddar and hot sauce on a roll or bagel, with or without pork roll, love it.

Service/packaging: 1/5 Hot drink was sent with no security tape on lid, and they cancelled 1 of my 2 sandwiches without contacting me. Only one of us gets to eat, I guess! Frustrating.6. Dropped by for lunch the other day. Nice little place. My only criticism is that they don’t carry rye bread. Rye is essential for a good sandwich shop.

Whoever was working the phone this morning 11.3.23 needs to be retrained. She was rude and didn’t know how to handle incoming calls and people in the cafe. After calling three times, (1. hung up on, 2. put on hold for several minutes then being hung up on again, 3. being snapped at for no reason when we asked for an everything flagel,) we said goodbye and ordered from the deli across the street.
