They can’t get you in and out fast enough. They don’t welcome you. My barista didn’t welcome me the same as the other people. He didn’t even make eye contact. No sleeve with my coffee. I had to ask for one.

immediately ran to write a review after a particularly pleasant experience today. the customer service is always friendly, but Dee was the kindest and most helpful Starbucks employee I’ve ever met. my throat has been hurting and I’ve been fighting a cold, and she helped make great recommendations on what I should order based on my preferences and needs. I really hope upper management sees this, because she is absolutely wonderful. As a lifelong Starbucks customer, I have truly never had such a welcoming experience. I will absolutely be returning to this shop specifically to see her.

This store has the friendliest staff I’ve ever encountered at a Starbucks. They’re super welcoming and go above and beyond to make everything perfect. I felt like royalty this morning, the staff at this store all deserve a raise, 100%.
Let me start by saying this review has nothing to do with the store or the customer service rather Starbucks politics. How is it possible NJ was recently hit by serious flooding and many families in Plainfield and North Plainfield lost everything, but Starbucks in Basking Ridge is donating to the floods in Texas ? While I understand there is no comparison, I would’ve been nice for Starbucks NJ to support NJ towns.

This Starbucks always has issues with being open. Always short of staff, opening after 7 am and a few times after 9 am. Went here today. Closed at 3:30 pm when the sign says closing at 5 pm. Sometimes they shut off mobile ordering when not busy and the employees there think it is a joke! Get a handle on it Starbucks! Get better management here and a better staffing.
