This store has the friendliest staff I’ve ever encountered at a Starbucks. They’re super welcoming and go above and beyond to make everything perfect. I felt like royalty this morning, the staff at this store all deserve a raise, 100%.

Let me start by saying this review has nothing to do with the store or the customer service rather Starbucks politics. How is it possible NJ was recently hit by serious flooding and many families in Plainfield and North Plainfield lost everything, but Starbucks in Basking Ridge is donating to the floods in Texas ? While I understand there is no comparison, I would’ve been nice for Starbucks NJ to support NJ towns.

This Starbucks always has issues with being open. Always short of staff, opening after 7 am and a few times after 9 am. Went here today. Closed at 3:30 pm when the sign says closing at 5 pm. Sometimes they shut off mobile ordering when not busy and the employees there think it is a joke! Get a handle on it Starbucks! Get better management here and a better staffing.

Service was excellent ! My beverage was prepared well tasted fresh.
I ordered the Hot Chocolate, Hot Mocha, and Lemon Pound Cake, and all were absolutely delicious! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making the experience even better. I'll definitely be coming back soon!

This is one of the nicest Starbucks experiences I’ve ever had. Made a pit stop to take a meeting and I was just so impressed watching the employees navigate the morning rush with ease, have such kind attitudes, keep the store clean.
