This place needs an online ordering system. Ordered 4 times over the phone, always end up speaking to 2 people and order still gets messed up or incomplete. The bagels are good thou but keep it simple
Great bagels but not worth the chaos. Very disorganized business. The ordering process is chaotic and half the time they get my order wrong. I drive an extra few minutes now just to not have to go in there. The bagels are very good and the frozen bagels are a terrific deal. If you’re driving by and no one is on line maybe stop in? However that’s not any guarantee of a good experience either. Very disappointing because if they could just figure out how to run the place efficiently...read full review

these bagels are top notch and super delicious. although the ordering process can be a little tricky a little patience can go a long way. my go to is a cinnamon burst with cream cheese. last time i was there, i was there a few minutes before closing and they gave me a cookie for free! it really made my day ?
