Ordered a simple egg sandwich and coffee. It was not busy but it was just when they opened so maybe the grill was not hot yet. It took a while to get my order but I was not in a rush. This restaurant is expensive for breakfast.
It’s a small yet cute little cafe tucked away in a quaint little town, but it’s definitely a must try if you’re in the area! The raisin bread french toast was unlike any other one I’ve had, more places should do this in my opinion! I’ll be back!
Living in Bernardsville, the Bernardsville Cafe has been a staple for our family for many years. They serve consistently good cafe food. I recommend the family meals for a good take out option ( the chicken parm and penne vodka with the cafe salad is a top choice). Their salads are good, with the chicken Milanese being our favorite.
