Absolutely amazing pizza at FLAMEZ WOOD FIRED PIZZA! The quality, flavor, and freshness are exceptional — honestly better than many pizza restaurants in South Philadelphia. I ordered chkn wings there and they were so hard that I took them back because the owners wife told me that she would make good on them which she never did and then I ordered a flamz stromboli and I got a cheese stromboli and the girl said that she was sorry and would give me a credit so I called today and no credit so I cancelled my order and I will never order from there again and I was a good customer

I paid $50 for an order that they got wrong and was only offered store credit, like I was going to order there again. I was given a soggy greasy burger, a dry and overcooked burger, as well as cheese fries with no cheese! Money well spent!

Male Owner yells at his Female employees in front of Customers. He has done it numerous times, to numerous employees. Rude, unprofessional, and the restaurant is dirty with fly and roach droppings. Avoid.

Also failed their inspection the first time due to improper food storage, the temperatures of both the hot and cold food being incorrect [Not cold enough, Not hot enough to avoid/kill bacteria], eggs being stored above raw chicken which causes cross-contamination. You can call the Health Inspector and get the full review of the restaurant if you ask, including why they got a Conditionally Satisfactory until the employees had to explain it to the owner and fix the issues themselves.

Owner does not understand how Halal and Vegetarian and Kosher work. Cross contamination *everywhere*. Cooks do not use gloves or hair nets. There is a REASON THIS BUSINESS IS GOING UNDER. Do your research, do NOT get sick because of negligence, trust the reviews.

AVOID! Here are the reasons. Unprofessional Owners who hire people to just give them abuse in a mental way screaming at his employee like they were worthless whilst 4+ customers were there waiting for food! (not the first time i heard). Dirty.... its ok to look clean like having a wash in the morning but all the areas in the creases are still filthy! its like a day care in the store kids running around majority of days. Overall the problems are on the owners shoulders here.

I dined at this establishment approximately two weeks ago and ordered a standard pasta with meatballs. Shortly after eating, I became severely ill and was hospitalized for two days due to food poisoning that resulted in extreme dehydration.

In addition to the serious health concerns, the service experience was highly unprofessional. When I arrived to pick up my order, the man at the counter was loudly yelling at a female employee in front of customers, which created a very uncomfortable environment.

Given both the health and service issues, I cannot in good conscience recommend this restaurant to anyone. Not even the homeless and it was a free meal.
