The ambiente was nice, but sadly it was super chilly in the restaurant. For the food, it was just okay and my burger kind of overcooked. At these prices, I was underwhelmed.

Buck hill was a bit of a disappointment for my wife and I, stopped on way back from del water cgap, very confused about the current 4.4 score. The food was extremely average, perhaps midwest good. Mine was missing one of 4 ingredients and my wife's salmon salad had about a finger of salmon. Decided not to rate the atmosphere, is a new build and is clean, also did not go to the patio which seems very popular, but we don't love the faux barn style so didn't feel right to rate that on taste alone. Also should note that I really didn't enjoy my beer but I expect I just ordered a style I wouldn't like anywhere. Seems inescapable that if you regret your restaurant choice, the waiter must take a while to come bring your check to let you leave. Perhaps Blairstown is a bit dead for food but I would drive further for a nicer meal.

1st time at this place. Wings are ridiculously good. People were so friendly. The place was really clean and modern. Will definitely be coming back. Oh and the flights/beers were really good.

I recently dined at the Buck Hill Brewery & Restaurant, wanted to share my recent unpleasant experience. I have dinned at this Restaurant a few times prior with friends so this isn't first time at this Restaurant. Prior experiences were just OK and found the food way overpriced for what you get service is mediocre, found some of the staff lacking in customer service spent more time BS-ing by the bar than customer service and on one occasion rude. About the meal, I ordered the Buck Hill Signature burger, and my spouse ordered the Memphis Mac N' Cheese. We dinned there around 4pm in the afternoon and was basically empty so I figured we would get served quick since it was only the two of us. We waited about 15 minutes before being waited on ordered two ice-teas $4.50 each which didn't take long to receive. Ordered two Lobster Bisque cups of soup with hardly any pieces of lobster in it and the soup was lukewarm nothing to speak of at $9.50 each. Waitress came back to take our oder ordered the Burger Medium, was cooked more Medium Well and was dry, not juicy at all. For a $20 Burger I expected better I have had a far better Steak Burger at Longhorn for much less. The worst was the $25 Memphis Mac N' Cheese was more Mac N' Cheese soup than anything else. The Cheese was watery, with fatty pieces of Pulled Pork, and Ham buried under the Cheese. The Fried Chicken on top was dry and fatty as well. It just looked like no thought was put into this dish and all slopped together in efforts to hide the poor ingredients under the Cheese and Pretzel Bread Crumbs. If it wasn't that we were in a rush would have sent both meals back as unacceptable. I wouldn't waste your time or money at this place drive 15 minutes over the Gap you can get a better meal at Longhorn with better service also.

I had seen the billboard for this place for a long time before I went. I wish I went sooner! This is a great place. Great food, attentive service, and a welcoming atmosphere. Can't wait to be back!

When visiting Blairstown this is our favorite meeting place. The menu often changes, but always offers a wide selection of appetizers, salads, burgers, tacos and entrees. The mixed drinks ($13-$14) were wonderful, as was the dumpling appetizers. Each entree was beautifully presented and deliciously prepared. This is definitely a repeater.

My husband and I wanted to try somewhere new so we happened upon Buck Hill Brewery. When we try and new place, we usually sample the appetizers then decide if we want to come back for entrees. Absolutely everything we ate was delicious. We found our new regular place to eat.

Nice spot for a beer or two and a great meal. We were a party of 10+ on a cross state adventure ride. Stopped in for lunch. We were promptly seated, and our orders were brought to the table in a timely manner. I had the brisket burrito 10/10. I recommend it. The brisket literally melts in your mouth. I'd go back with my family if I'm ever in the area with them. Ample parking with special motorcycle spots close to the entrance

This is an edited REVIEW of this restaurant! I had been charged a TRANSACTION FEE on my DEBIT CARD! That isn’t allowed in NJ the debit card must be swiped as a DEBIT CARD and then the customer will approve and enter their pin! If the establishment swiped the DEBIT CARD as a regular credit card they are charged a fee which is likely less than 2%. If the establishment incorrectly runs the card as a credit card that is their problem. I received a call today about this situation and Nicole couldn’t be more gracious and said she would look into this and is refunding this TRANSACTION fee! That entire problem is because of their CREDIT CARD PROCESSING PROVIDER!! Thanks again Nicole!!!
