tried the food 10 years ago and we stopped going there as it was nothing to write about. So we tried it again, the first order we got there last month, my husband picked it up and they didn't put the side dishes in there. the second time, which was a week later again, they forgot some of the order. And when we called, we got the same response as the first time here by myself, I can only do so much. We said okay they can't fail three times in a row, but they can we ordered, i'm broiled flounder and it was raw. So to all the people that say shop local my answer to you is the places have to earn that right.

Service was extremely slow. We had a party of 7 and watched as the bar customers were served meals while we waited over 30 minutes for our meals. I do have to say the food was good. If they would improve service they would have a better rating

Great place, but should be changed that it’s closed at 11. Kitchen closes at 10. Joyce is a throw back country girl and the bar is half locals/half transplants Newbies. This bar and this town takes you back 50 years.

Up from Florida for a few days to see my grandaughter play lacrosse, so I was out near Blairstown .What a treat to find this gem.Treated like we were regulars,very welcoming.It always delights me to find these little hole in the wall places that turn out fantastic dishes. Boy, I miss NJ
