The old reviews are bad on an old menu and old ambience. I used to love this place and would be so excited to come here! They recently changed/merged with another restaurant and the change is sadly not a good one. The ceviche as another person mentioned was 4 shrimp on a place with some flavorless sauce. Our coconut shrimp bao looked like it was torch. The wings were decent but when I tell you this place used to be a gem… I used to brag to everyone that they needed to go to this place. Sadly I went tonight for my birthday not realizing the change would be so devastating.

Ramen was fine. However, to say the ceviche was disappointing is an understatement. Especially for the price, it was unacceptable. Will not return.

Photos on Google - it's real 50% old menu. Right now they have only pizza, ramen, some starters and some main dishes. Drinks- only tea,(maybe limonade?), no coffee, no alcohol drinks.. and there is no menu for drinks at all..

Cozy little spot that excellent ramen! 2 of us stopped in and liked everything we ordered. We had the Sloppy Joe bao as an appetizer, and they were really good, followed by the Tokyo ramen. The pork belly with the ramen was so crispy and delicious.

Nice atmosphere and friendly servers as well. I hope to return to try those kimchi fries!

Great spot, love the food fusion they serve. Broth less ramen was Amazon, the filet mignon tasted fantastic. Their ceviches are so refreshing. You really can’t go wrong with anything on the menu.

Had a lovely Mothers Day dinner at this place. So quaint and cozy. The food was delicious - a Peruvian/Japanese blend. Jessica our server was fantastic. This is a place, I would definitely recommend.

Nice, quaint restaurant serving really good food, BYOB. It's a bit pricey but worth it with the quality of the food. Highly recommend the double smash burger and calamari. I would come again.

Without question 7 Doors Down is the best ramen in the area. It is our favourite restaurant in Bloomfield and a place we’ve brought friends to when they visited from afar. Its menu is a fusion of Japanese and Peruvian cuisine and every time we’ve visited the chefs have delivered such high quality dishes.

The first time I tried the kimchi fries I just dreamt of eating them all day, every day. They are so good! Their sloppy Joe bao buns are unusual but good, their melon mocktail delightful and Japanese Pickle salad fresh and light. The Salmon Tiradito and Shrimp Ceviche are exceptionally refreshing; zesty, spicy and full of seafood flavours.

We’ve tried their various ramens and love the duck, Tokyo style and pork ramens. The broths are always rich, the soy marinated eggs are perfect touches and the pork always melts in your mouth. Yesterday I tried their Salmon Teriyaki main and it was wonderful too. It looked elegant, the sauce was fascinating and the dish’s different Ingredients all complemented one another. The mains are always well portioned and leave you feeling full but not heavy.

We’ve always had positive experiences at 7 Doors Down. It’s cosy and classy, with quick and professional staff and exceptional food. I highly recommend it to anyone who loves either cuisine and high quality food or is seeking a tasteful time out.

The only restaurant in the area which focuses on QUALITY instead of quantity! Truly remarkable flavors in every dishes we ordered (chicken croquetas, avocado salad, salmon, Tokyo ramen, key lime pie). The chicken was so tender, the pork in the ramen was grilled to perfection and yet the fat was melting in the broth, the sauces in the salad and the salmon dish were refined and refreshing… That was a hit start to finish!

Despite the unpretentious interior, the dishes and cuisine are very tasty. We ordered two ramen, one mushroom and one with octopus. We really liked it, delicious broths with just the right amount of spices, with an egg and green onions, I recommend. We also ordered mint and melon cocktails, I also recommend. The service was very polite, the dishes were served very quickly, we didn’t have to wait at all, they brought it right after we ordered, in about 5 minutes , They surprised us. The restaurant is kept clean, I recommend this place
