Absolutely loved my experience here! šŸœāœØ The veggie bao was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly balanced, and the ramen was everything you want in a comforting bowl- rich broth, great texture, and incredibly satisfying. You can really taste the care and quality in every bite. What truly set this place apart, though, was the service. The staff was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, making the whole meal feel extra special. From start to finish, it was a fantastic experience, and I can’t wait to come back for more. Highly recommend to anyone looking for amazing ramen and top-notch hospitality!

Small but delicious menu. We got the cheesesteak and chicken ramen and the bao buns.

It’s surprisingly a great place for a unique and immersive flavor experience. I love the duck, but the flavoring of the actual meat doesn’t complement the dish well. Despite that, it was still a good dish.

Pizza and ramen is a weird combo, but we were there for it. The space is small and we had to wait awhile, so definitely get reservations if you can. We opted for pizza, ramen and wings. Our waitress kindly asked if we were sharing the ramen and brought it out in two bowls! Loved that. Wings were the favorite, ramen was good, and the pizza wasn’t the best Detroit style I’ve had. But overall, it was a nice dinner.

From the phone call inquiring about reservations to the dessert, my experience at 7 Doors Down was absolutely wonderful. Jayme was so welcoming and attentive and truly made the visit special. The owners make you feel like family, which adds such a warm touch to the entire experience.
Everything we tried was incredible, the wings, meatballs, pizza, and bread pudding were all top-notch. I highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for great food and even better vibes. I’ll definitely be back.

This place has some of the best ramen in the country! I had the Tokyo ramen - the pork belly is cooked perfectly, and the broth is super flavorful and delicious. I also loved the pork belly bao

Their pizza is still the best Detroit style hminhave had in recent memory. It would be nice if they could serve alcohol like they did at blue steel, but that location was clearly oversized for thie needs.

WOW! The food amazing! The dessert is amazing! I mixed it up and had wings, the meatballs, bao buns and ramen. Nothing bad here. The dessert is some of the best I’ve ever had. I got the bread pudding and Ć  la mode with churro and cafe con leche ice cream. Great service! Great service! Great service! The only reason I cant give the service 5 stars, is because the person who brought the food to the table was very quiet and I wasn’t sure if it was because of inexperience or a language barrier. If I order something different than my dinner partner, I want it to be clear when it comes to the table.

I am extremely disappointed in the owners decision to close the doors of Blue Steel Pizza and combine restaurants. We were weekly visitors at Blue Steel however the pizza quality is not the same and we won’t be returning. By combining the two restaurants it completely ruins the cool ramen fusion vibes that 7 Doors had to offer. My review is echoing what lots of others have said, I hope the owner reads them and makes the necessary changes before they lose both Blue Steel and 7 Doors.

Not an authentic japanese ramen spot, portions are very small considering the high prices. Ramen broths lacked flavor. Nice staff.

This restaurants provides excellent service with a really laid back and intimate atmosphere. It’s intertwined with classic rock and country music in the background to accompany the overall experience. While I didn’t try the pizza, it’s pretty unique that they have such offerings while also serving bowls of ramen. Unfortunately I was not a fan of the ramen. The broth was bit too soy sauce heavy without other ingredients to balance out that strong salty/umami flavor. Additionally, there was prominent burnt tone that I wanted to overlook as I took my bites, but I simply couldn’t get past. I did arrive in the evening, so maybe that had an impact on the broth depending on how they manage it throughout the day. The meat was perfectly cooked, and honestly it was some of the best I’ve had in any ramen, even compared to ramen shops I’ve frequented all over Japan. It is truly excellent here. Smokey, juicy, tender, crispy edges, and very savory. The true star of the show. But the broth itself was quite unenjoyable to me. Everyone has their own preferential palate, so some may enjoy this flavor profile. Overall, they provided excellent service, a wonderful atmosphere, and a thoughtful menu. Hoping the best for
