small ramen with big flavors. I enjoyed everything from the chill atmosphere to amazing food. the blend of Peruvian cuisine with traditional Japanese dishes is a match made in foodie heaven. I had the double fried wings and sloppy joe bao bun for a starter and each dish was better than the last. the wings were super crispy yet tender inside and the sloppy joe bao buns were a trip down memory lane. the sloppy brought me back to my childhood eating at a friend's house. for my ramen I had the tonkatu. their pork broth was hearty and tasteful and reminded me of my first bowl of real ramen. I highly recommend going there and finding out on your own...

One word: amazing! The food, the chefs, and the staff. My husband and I sat at the chef's table and it was a great experience watching the kitchen in action. We will definitely be back!

This was our first time for my fiance and I at this place. We made a reservation for 5pm and were seated right away. We had a few seconds to look at the menu when the server Carla D came over and said "HI, how are you, just wanted to let you guys know , we will be needing this table by 6 o'clock" then asked asked if we wanted to order drinks but only gave us 3 options for water. She asked If we were ready to order. We chose our apps and she asked if we were ready to order our entres and when my fiance asked If we could have a little more time . She told us we only had one hour and so she needed to place the full order together. I didn't even get a chance to see the whole menu and ordered first choice of Ramen I saw. A couple sat to my right and ordered wine and apps. They werent asked to place the full order or told they only had one hour to eat. The two men with kids on my left were not asked to place the full order eirher but they chose to place it all together. She came to our table a few times but was very rushed. She picked up the empty glasses and my fiances plate. While I was still finishing up my food , she asked if I was done or wanted my broth to go. I said no and put the plate down and we asked for the check because at that point I felt insulted. We walked out but I wasn't comfortable with my experience and went back to speak to the manager. Rick was very nice to us and offered us a drink at the other restaurant or dessert on the house . We politely declined and left. The food was great but our server was not as attentive as she was with the other guest.

I was really impressed by this place! We got the coconut shrimp bao buns to start which were absolutely delicious. The shrimp was crispy and hot and the sauce/toppings took it over the top. Perfect snack before our entrees.I got the “cheese steak” ramen and it was truly one of the best dishes I’ve ever had. The short rib was tender, the caramelized onions brought so much flavor. The portion was extremely generous, was only able to eat half and took the other half to go.The tres leches tiramisu is a MUST. It was perfectly decadent without being too sweet or heavy. The service from the entire staff was amazing. They were super attentive with refilling our waters, clearing dirty plates and wrapping leftovers. Every staff member that interacted with us was extremely pleasant, accommodating and welcoming. My only small complaint would be that the tables are EXTREMELY close together. Like truly a couple inches. It made it hard to have conversation at times and it was awkward when you or the table next to you had to get in or out because it was very tight.Overall, we will absolutely be back and we look forward to trying more dishes!

I came across this spot because I’ve been on the hunt for some really good bao buns, that have been hard to come across around jersey. Finally decided to come in for lunch today. Had the coconut shrimp bao buns and tuna nachos… deeelish.Service was 20/10, order did take a little long but the server was very attentive and apologetic. Hooked me up with the tiramisu tres leches to-go and it did not disappoint. He even went out of his way to check my meter to make sure i didn’t get a ticket, which was extremely kind.I will definitely be back!Side note/PSA: I still did get a ticket bc if you’re parked across the street on Glenwood, you’re supposed back your car in… which i did not know.

We went there on Good Friday afternoon. We ordered 1 appetizer , 3 ramen and 1 risotto to start. They didn’t have two out of five dishes. Server made several mistakes even though half of dining area wasn’t full. Broth for ramen was warm not hot. They also charged credit card fee before they asked if we pay cash( we did pay by cash but they didn’t reduce the fee).

I never would have thought that Peruvian and Japanese cuisine would blend so well until I went to 7 Doors Down. I ordered the Coconut Shrimp Bao Bun and Cheese Steak Mazemen (dry broth ramen). I was not disappointed!! The bao bun was so good I forgot to take a picture ? Shoutout to Andrew for being such a chill and courteous waiter!!

Maybe it was just the wrong day to come here. The music was too loud to comfortably hold a conversation and eat. My partner and i played read my lips while waiting for our food. There was a random assortment of club music that for me didn't match the aesthetic of this place for dinner time. The menu is small and very specific(which is fine) Our waiter was friendly but forgetful. I had ordered the duck Ramen. The wait time was very long for the soup. When it arrived i was disappointed. There was next to no duck in the Ramen. The egg was dramatically undercooked. I like a runny egg but this was pretty gnarly. The noodles texture was odd too almost doughie and hard chewy like. The soup wasn't worth the price. Maybe it was an off day for shop but my partner and I weren't impressed and super disappointed.

I'm absolutely ecstatic about Seven Doors Down! Their Peruvian cuisine is beyond your taste buds, seriously. I couldn't get enough of the salmon tiradito – I ended up coming back two days in a row for it. Huge shoutout to Andrew, our server, who was incredibly attentive and kept our drinks (BYOB) coming at just the right pace. Chef Eduardo went above and beyond to accommodate my gluten allergy, crafting a deconstructed key lime pie that was out of this world (YES CHEF! ?) And let me tell you, the music was such a vibe. Reggaeton, old school Spanish vibes, bad bunny, it was such a fantastic time. Oh, and those kimchi fries? Absolutely to die for! Overall, this place is a total winner, and I'm already planning my next visit as a regular here.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free friendly
