Ordered Avenue Pizza for delivery for the first time a little while ago. Opened the box to this, and think the mess actually looked better than the pizza tasted. Yikes!

First of all the owner is the reason I would return.. yes the food was good but he was so nice and helpful that I would come back just to support. Love that they stay open late I only wish they had indoor seating but overall great pizza spot

First the service here is A+. Super friendly owner and workers. Second and definitely not least… that grandma Sicilian *chefs kiss*. Beautifully seasoned sauce, tons of awesome garlic flavor, perfectly charred and crispy bottom. I think this was the best grandma Sicilian slice I’ve ever had. The bbq chicken slice was also very good, nice smoky flavor in the BBQ instead of just overwhelming sweetness which you get in most places.
Definitely stop by here if you’re in the area

My first and last time eating here. I ordered a chicken parm sandwich. The chicken was old, hard and thin. Definitely reheated. The price is too high for the poor quality.

Pizza is tasteful ! The size and quality of your money are really great. This was my first time here, but it was not going to be my last. I had a meat lover's pizza slice and wings they had different flavors. I had a teriyaki flavor it was tossed in it, and flavorful the staff is friendly and fast-paced. I would recommend this place if you're near the area for sure ! Enjoy !
I am a regular there and everything I have gotten is amazing. I go there for a cheat meal and a meal to stay on track. The grilled chicken Caesar wraps was to die for, so much seasoning and it’s healthy. The owner is so sweet and always tends to his customers & even the employees are sweet angels. 10/10

I’ve been looking for a new more NJ traditional pizza spot (love my square pies and Neapolitan styles but still you have to have a good classic) since I moved from Asbury to Montclair and this IS IT! FINALLY! If you’re looking for a place to get a slice or pie, The Avenue is it. Got half pep and half plain it was exactly what I was looking for. Highly recommend!!
