We made a reservation for a party of four at 6pm. When we arrived we waited for quite some time before the host came to see us. They had private events going on and we were instructed that we would have to wait and all that was available was a high top table. Totally unacceptable. If you cannot accomodate your guests, you should not take a reservation!!!

We made a reservation, and the RUDE guy at the desk told us that we couldn't be seated because of parties. All he said was "SORRY" that doesn't cut it. I will Never go there again.

Went for a take out dinner for family.. chicken parm was fresh but salty. The eggplant parm was hard as a rock and needed a steak knife to cut. The preparer of the order forgot to include the salad so they certainly weren't paying attention. The sides of pasta ziti regati, were gummy and had an off flavor so I question the water they were boiled in. The sauce on the sides was very acidic. No one in my family ate the pasta sides and since we didn't have the salad the dinner was not very enjoyable. I've been going to Bela Napoli for many years and it just seems to be getting worse.

Been here a few times each time seems to have gotten worse.. Food portions have gotten smaller and prices larger. No one regrets buying quality but the quality has gone down drastically.. service is kinda off. And…The manager is in the wrong business. Someone like him should either be in the fast food or housekeeping industry. Must be related to the owner. Save your money

Not only is the food trash but they got some inconsiderate a hole at midnight cleaning snow off their parking lot back and forth over and over revving the engine obnoxiously for an hour as if there isn't a bunch of residential houses right next to it. Way to give back to your community 👍
