I stopped in for a quick lunch and tried a Bánh mì. The grilled pork was juicy and delicious. The veggies were fresh and crisp. And the bread was perfect. This was my first time here and I will be back to try more of the menu - which is quite extensive.

Service was good. However, the food was just OK for me. The pho was $17, and for that, I was expecting something more memorable. It was on the strange sweet side. The $17 vermicelli on the vermicelli chicken was on the plain soggy side, but ok.
Love the disposable chopsticks.
Overall, it's an ok place to visit. However, the price may be too steep for many.

Food was delicious. I had the lemongrass char grilled pork chop over rice and spring rolls. Staff were courteous. Great experience.

This place had a makeover since the last time I was here.
The ambiance is definitely nicer. Previously, it was old and dreary giving you the authentic vietnanese eating experience.
Service is better. Very friendly and they greet you when you walk in.
Unfortunately, despite all these positive improvements, the taste of the food went downhill from what I recall.
The price is actually quite expensive for what you get. I ordered a chicken vermicelli bowl. The sauce for the noodles was on the weak/watery side. Typically it has a more savory fish sauce flavor. There was also not a lot of vegetables and herbs. The amount of noodles was also on the skimpier side and it was too soft on texture.
My friend eating the pho also stated she had "better pho elsewhere". Some slices of beef were very fatty.
Based on food alone, i would not come back again.

I went there to eat 3 times. All the dishes are delicious. There are some things that I wish were cut shorter or easier to eat, but the taste was good and I thought it was a proper Vietnamese dish. The service and atmosphere are very good.

Their food is very good. The only thing I found hard to digest is their manners. Never Hi, hello, thanks, please; and I am often eating there. But anybody knows Vietnam street food is like that, otherwise just watch Anthony Bourdain episode with Barack Obama in Vietnam :) it is like kind of general culture to insult customers or just show no interest on their side.
6 years later with different management and the manners are exactly the same. Today I gave the owners (Old Lady) 20 % tip at the register and she ignored me and looked the other way after seeing me counting the money. I don’t know, she wasn’t even the waitress.

Arrived with my friend at noon but the restaurant was not crowded...only a few other customers. I ordered chicken with string beans, a simple dish that shouldn't have taken long to prepare. My friend's order came in 10 minutes. After waiting 20 minutes for mine, I asked one of the waiters where it was. He disappeared and didn't return. After 35 minutes I asked the cashier to look into my order. She said she would take care of it. Another 10 minutes went by before it arrived. Very disappointed with service. Plus there is no lunch menu so you are paying for dinner a la carte. Plus there was a credit card surcharge automatically added to the bill. The quality of the food was so so. Nothing to distinguish it from Chinese food.
I had a simple Pho to go it was very good. I want to go back for a proper sit-down-eat -in experience. My expectations are high. I enjoyed the Pho and the service was truly stellar and observing the functioning while wating-I'm so impressed. I've got a very good feeling.

I’ve never been so sick in my life. I thought the beef was way undercooked but I ate it anyway… well today I am throwing my guts up and spewing liquid out my bum…. This has been going on the last 8 hours. Save yourself the trauma for the love of god!!!

I ordered to go chicken pho from this restaurant. Service was the worst I have ever experienced. The cashier staff is very rude and unprofessional. I was giving the benefit of the doubt that maybe she was having a bad day but Ive noticed while waiting for my order, she greeted customers of her ethnicity with pleasance. The older woman who I presumed was the manager did not excuse herself while pushing a bust cart bumping me on two occasions. Because they are known for their pho I decided to still try, I took the high road and didn’t cancel my order. The pho is the most a 3 1/2 star. I wasted $15.00 for a mediocre meal also endured the disrespect this establishment practices.

I had bun bo hue and fried pork rolls. To go order of chicken fried rice. It was edible but not good, I didn't even eat the fried rice. I gave it to my dog. Great service though it was empty today. Last time I went I couldn't sit because it was packed to capacity. Expensive For what you get, you get a lot of soup, can't complain. Likely won't return.

Order two to three hours in advance and maybe you're food will be ready on Friday night. It's been over an hour since I placed my order, 2 Beef Pho and 1 order fresh spring rolls. I've seen a full restaurant empty out before getting my order. I'M NEVER ORDERING HERE
