Prices are pretty expensive compared to local shops. And they didnāt even toast the bagel when i asked for it to be toasted. When youāre paying almost 30 dollars on breakfast you would expect it to be solid.

Iāve ordered from here many times and the bagels are usually good, and Iāve never had any issues with service before. Unfortunately, todayās experience was very disappointing. I placed a delivery order and received the wrong item. When I called the store, I was rudely told that I had to contact Uber, and I wasnāt offered an apology.
I did contact Uber, but there was no option for a redelivery, only a partial refund. The problem is that I still wanted the food I originally ordered. Reordering would have meant spending more money to get what I never received.
I called back and asked to speak with a manager. I spoke with someone named Pat (I believe), who said the manager was on the phone and asked me to wait. I stayed on the line for 10 minutes while I could hear him explaining the situation in the background, but no one ever came to the phone. I was simply trying to ask if I could pick up the correct order myself since I was told they didnāt have a driver available.
Overall, this was a very frustrating experience with poor customer service. I wonāt ever be ordering from here again.

I ordered takeout from Bloomfield Best Bagels for breakfast while working from home, and it turned out to be an excellent choice. I went with two items: Leo's Special Sandwich on a Marble Rye bagel and the Tuscan Steak Panini.
Leo's Special Sandwich was the standout for me. Served on a delicious Marble Rye bagel, the sandwich featured bacon, egg, and a chicken cutlet, and it was packed with flavor. Each ingredient complemented the other perfectly, and the combination really popped with every bite. The bagel itself was fresh and had a nice chew, and the portion was very satisfying. Itās the kind of breakfast sandwich you crave long after youāve finished eating it, and I could easily see myself ordering it again.
The Tuscan Steak Panini was also good, though slightly smaller in size compared to the sandwich. However, what it lacked in size, it made up for in taste. The steak was perfectly cooked and well seasoned, with just the right balance of flavors. While it didnāt impress me as much as Leo's Special, it was still a solid choice for a breakfast panini.
Overall, this was some of the best breakfast Iāve had in a long time. Both items were well executed, and the quality was impressive. Iām looking forward to trying more items from their menu because itās been a while since Iāve been this satisfied with a breakfast spot. Highly recommend!

The staff, especially management, are so focused on their favorites that they mess up everything else. My āticket went missingā so after waiting 30 minutes they finally went to start my takeout order. The staff took another 10āminutes to fulfill all other orders that came in after me before starting mine. Then it sat there because the manager was too busy talking to some regular to notice it was ready. I get home and the order is wrong. Used to love this place but itās getting tiresome being ignored every time I go in.

Ordered a turkey bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich. Turkey back on was so hard, couldnāt even bite it. The egg was so thin, almost like nothing was there. It didnāt even cover the surface of the bread. I asked for ketchup, barely visible. It was really a bread sandwich. So disappointed that I spent over $10 for this food. A complete waste
