Today, I visited the café to order breakfast. However, the young staff member completely ignored me and instead went directly to taking the order from a Spanish-speaking customer nearby. This behavior was very unprofessional, and I ended up leaving without placing my order. I am well aware that this isn't the first time she has behaved in this manner.
