Sometimes you're in and out with 5 people ahead of u sometimes you're in there for 20 mins with 1 person ahead of you. It all depends if you got a competent employee or not.

I visited the Carvel on 10/19/25, one of the workers there closes the store early and is very nasty to customers. The worker at night made a claim that she was the only staff there and she needs to close it early so she don’t miss her bus. She explained that I could not come in the store because it’s a lot of stuff she has to clean mind you the store operation hours listed is inaccurate if the store will not follow the hours. Such a bad experience.

Went to get a small strawberry sundae dasher, a small hot fudge and two cans of sprite. My total came out to $24 even, my card was charged $48. Contacted the store, spoke with an employee and requested a manager. No calls back, no email, no follow up at all. This store will steal from you and not provide a resolution. Use your credit/debit card at your discretion and always ask for a receipt afterwards to avoid this from happening to you. Essentially, I was scammed.

Didn't get the name of the girl, but she made sure she served us as she was closing the store last night. Didn't have to do that as we understood they want to go home also. Ice cream was also great, so will return.

Horrible. I asked for an OREO Cookie Sundae Dasher for my sister. My sister has severe Allergies to Peanuts. To our surprise we did not get Oreo cookie and it had Peanut butter inside of. She started having a horrible allergic reaction at Watsessing park where she started losing oxygen and her throat was closing. Medical response team was called and she was put in the hospital. If the OREO Cookie Sundae Dasher had peanut butter inside it, it should have been stated. This is a huge health hazard and people with allergies should be very careful.

Please update your Google store hours. This is the second time I tried coming to this location at 9:00pm and I’m told that the store is closed.
Friday 9pm and they had an extremely limited menu. Hard Ice cream. I understand April is a more wintery month now but it was Friday night primetime nice weather should have at least the soft serve open. A shame.

i ordered a medium cup of soft serve and whoever is working there today (7/2) after 6pm tried to give me the amount that is put into a kids cup. skimped on the toppings too. she couldn’t do the soft serve swirl. i told her it was to go and asked for a lid. she put a spoon in the cup and handed it to me with no lid. half of my ice cream melted onto bloomfield ave. waste of time and waste of money.
