i ordered a medium cup of soft serve and whoever is working there today (7/2) after 6pm tried to give me the amount that is put into a kids cup. skimped on the toppings too. she couldn’t do the soft serve swirl. i told her it was to go and asked for a lid. she put a spoon in the cup and handed it to me with no lid. half of my ice cream melted onto bloomfield ave. waste of time and waste of money.

Does not honor preordered ice cream cakes that were ordered online. Left me with no dairy free ice cream cake for a party and never notified me. Staff apologized and gave me my money back but I'm still left without a cake right before a party.

I was there with my dad and the older gentleman working there today was awful. He did not say a word when we walked in, didn't acknowledge us, and never took our order as he just made his online orders. Extremely unprofessional.
Later a nice young lady came in she took our order and as we were leaving the same grumpy man was being rude and annoying to her as well. Please provide this man with better customer service training if at all possible.

Always a great place to stop! I usually grab 2 of the bday cake ice cream in the pints already prepared. But I do have to say that the soft serve Vanilla still tastes as good as when I was a kid.
