I arrived at this restaurant and was not greeted by anyone. I sat down at the first free table I saw. I then waited 12 minutes to be greeted by the server. The server came and said they had a reservation for the table I was at and I could only stay for 40 minutes. She the walked over to the front which was really close to me and began speaking to the other worker about me. I was surprised as I only said I was waiting for someone who was looking for parking. I’m not sure how people work in customer service yet lack the skills. Besides this, some notes to know. The kitchen is open so you will smell like the food. I think I waited a total of 15 minutes and smelled like fried food after walking out. The tables are really close so you can hear the next table’s conversation. The staff is all dressed down. It doesn’t match the presentation as the restaurant is decorated nicely. The place is real small so not much space to pose for photos. Make a reservation to secure a spot. A group of three came in after me and were told to call to make a Res.

A very nice place with very good coffees, but this is my third time there and what a disappointment with the service I have received and how long it takes them, even when the place is empty, to pay attention to you, take your order and an hour later bring it to your table. After that, this is my second time that they don't even clean my table, seeing that I sat at it dirty.
Thank you and improve your service.

Beautiful atmosphere, good food, friendly customer service. Our visit on 3/1/25 was awesome. Our server (a nice young lady - I forgot her name :( ) was so kind and helpful. make your own bouquets & selfie studio was over the top. We've found "Our Place" for get togethers.

The vibe is super cute with all the floral details. The coffee was okay, but when we went all they had was carrot cake and the cruffles. We came late afternoon and didn’t realize we weren’t going to have much in options. A lil disappointed by everyone, but a cute place.

This brunch (no alch, BYOB though) was a good experience. Fun ambient atmosphere with a beautiful aesthetic, the music was nice. The store was smaller than I imagined compared to the videos I've seen on TikTok so space is limited and the service could have been better since there was only one server for about six or eight tables, but the food was okay. It was a little dry and the glaze was a little artificial tasting (wafer and glaze waffles). Overall a great place definitely recommend for a coffee!

This place came up as a cute place for a valentine breakfast or brunch. From the pictures and the floral arrangements it seemed pretty. There is no street parking but they have a public parking garage across the street.
Maybe it’s because we went the day after Valentine’s Day but the place was a little messy. They had buckets of flowers they were cutting up and arranging. The leaves of the roses were noticeably on the floor when you walked in. The place is very small. They do have a next door area for hosting events but not to accommodate more patrons. We sat in the back where there was a strawberry on the floor. We were seated in front of the bathroom. The guests kept leaving the bathroom door open that we kept getting up to close because it was not what we wanted to see.
The Photo Booth was a nice touch but it is really a Vogue box. You can’t take a picture because there are either guests seated in front, the rotating light gives a bad cast, and there are finger prints in the front. I’m sure with better lighting it would have been a great picture location for my girls and their dad.
The coffees were the highlight. So delicious. My rose cappuccino was excellent. The waffles and cruffles were ok. The coffee and juice came in pretty glass cups or mugs. We had real silverware, but the food was served in a pink basket. This kinda diminished the look I think they are aiming to achieve.

Came on valentine’s day with my best friend, we didn’t have a reservation so they seated us in front of the bathroom.. Practically got ignored by staff when waiting to order/for our check. The server Justice was alright, didn’t pay much attention to us the way he did other customers and the service just wasn’t special. The aesthetics of the place were nice but the pancakes/waffles we ordered were mid, the iced cappuccino was bland, and the hot cappuccino was very bitter. A different male server handed us our iced drink and than poured the espresso inside and happened to overflow the glass and proceeded to walk away like it didn’t happen and left us with no napkins or any way to clean his mess. Also they don’t accept card tips only cash is what we were told. Overall a very underwhelming and disappointing experience. Good for photos but not ideal when it’s busy, if you want cute photos it might be worth it?

This café has a charming aesthetic, and the owner is incredibly sweet, but unfortunately, it falls short in several key areas. My best friend and I visited last Friday, excited to try something new, but we left feeling disappointed.
First, we were surprised to learn that the café doesn’t have a kitchen. My friend ordered fried chicken, and while it took some time to arrive, we couldn’t understand the delay since there was no visible cooking happening. When the food finally arrived, it was underwhelming. Chicken and waffles is usually a safe bet, but what we received was overly sweet, and the waffle had an odd texture—almost as if it had been pre-cooked, then burned underneath. It gave the impression that it had been microwaved rather than freshly made.To make matters worse, we were seated near the restroom, where we noticed a male staff member enter, flush, and exit without washing his hands. That was an instant red flag. On top of that, we kept hearing strange noises coming from the pipes, adding to an already uncomfortable atmosphere. It’s clear that the owner has a vision for the space, and the place itself has potential. However, great aesthetics alone aren’t enough to make a café work. Unfortunately, the food quality and hygiene concerns overshadowed the positives, and we ended up leaving most of our meal untouched. I really wanted this to be a new go-to spot, but sadly, I won’t be returning.

The atmosphere is so beautiful and picturesque. The perfect vibe for the girlies. It is smaller than I had originally anticipated. The cronuts were amazing and they even had one with guava in it. The lattes were aesthetically beautiful but not very sweet. I would def go again, and maybe attend one of the events located in the building next door.

DO NOT COME HERE!!! Need to investigate if they have a restaurant license. If I can give negative stars, I would give minus 100 stars.

NEVER COMING BACK. I don't recommend. Overpriced, poor quality food, dingy environment.

Very limited menu. They don't have a kitchen - all food is made from a waffle maker, Microwave, and maybe a skillet? (I did not see) behind the bar.

Someone should check if this place is certified to serve food that they are offering.

Came in here interested to see what it was all about, I like to support local in Bloomfield. Menu was in an ipad/tablet, and it is very limited to waffles, mini pancakes, cronuts, coffee.

Ordered water to start, we were served TAP water with ice. Was not asked if we wanted bottled water or not.

Ordered waffles Smores for my 5 yrd old daughter, it looked good on the photo and it's what was available from the list that looked good.

I ordered sausage and eggs in a cronut. Sounded good!

Waffle smores came out looking great, a waffle with graham cracker, a piece of milk chocolate, two marshmallows which were not melted. My daughter took a couple of bites, excited, then I watched as she started to be disinterested. I took a bite of the waffle, had to see for myself: it tasted like spongy cardboard smothered with super sweet sugar. No wonder why a child wouldn't want this!

My sausage and eggs cronut was immediately disappointing: the photo looked like it was supposed to eggs over easy but they served scrambled eggs and chopped up meat (I don't even know if it was sausage), instead of sausage patty. The cronut was also spongy and floppy, at this point, everything was just disappointing.

Asked for the bill since my child was rushing me to get out of there, clearly she was disappointed. Was charged for a credit card fee, and I also realized I was charged $2.00+ for the tap waters we were served! Asked the waiter about it, who asked the cashier, and they said "they asked for water, and it's $1.00 per water" which they never disclosed, nor was it in the menu. Never in any restaurant we've ever visited in any country, where we ever charged for TAP water - this was the last straw.

Needless to say, this is the kind of establishment that doesn't make Bloomfield any better. It is completely subpar, food is unhealthy and very low quality - really not that unexpected because they don't have a proper kitchen!

Scheduled and paid $100 PRIVATE SESSION for selfie studio after asking if it’s ok to bring big dog. I understand to avoid scaring customers. I complied w their rules. As soon as I arrived the young lady immediately said they’re closing giving me such a hard time. Did not even say hello, how are you. Did not even ask if I had an appointment. Pretty much made every excuse for me to leave. First saying my whole party had to be there for me to get started then repeating that they were closing. They weren’t closing bc three other unscheduled ppl arrived and they were very polite to them. Rude and obnoxious. Maybe biased as well. Never going back. Thankfully photographer arrived and I was there 10 min to quickly take my dogs photos bc he was a good boy.

This place is very cozy and great for coffee breaks or study session. The only issue about this place is that they have quite a few flies and gnats. It’s to the point where it’s flying around drinks, which worries me. I thought this was a one time problem, however I came to visit again, and the problem is still there.

Worst experience ever! When I got there, the front door guy told me that there was not limit of time to take pics, so I paid my tickets for santa workshop and for selfie stations, I also told the guy that I bring some outfit to change my daughter and he says it was ok, no problem. But then, after one hour they started rushing me and all the staff were very mean and nasty. They treated me very bad and make me pay more for another hour. I would never recommend this place.

Cute spot !!! The desserts were good . I ordered on Too Good To Go and the surprise bag says it’s 18.99$ worth of goodies and I get two desserts . I really wasn’t expecting two items but overall cute place I just won’t do Too Good To Go from here. & the guy who worked there asked me how much was my box I told him it was 6$ & a some change after taxes . I guess they just give you $6 worth of desserts . So why does the TGTG app say $18 .

I was really looking forward to visiting this place, but I was disappointed by my experience. Upon entering, I waited for over ten minutes without anyone greeting me. As the venue filled up, it became increasingly frustrating that there was still no assistance. Eventually, someone appeared briefly but didn't acknowledge me or the other customers. Thankfully, a friendly and positive team member came in from outside and took the initiative to help everyone waiting. It seemed like there were two staff members in the back the entire time who could have assisted but definitely did not! I truly believe this place has great potential, and I hope my feedback can contribute to an improved experience in the future.
