don’t eat here. quite literally the worst customer service ever. i couldn’t even get my words out and the MANAGER was rushing me through my order. the food didn’t even taste good.

I always tell myself not to go back here but always try to give it another chance, we'll I've now been reminded why I don't go back tiny little portions, salad was all mooshy and slimy , the people taking orders are rude and don't listen fully to what your ordering . I rather travel to a better location , stood there for several minutes waiting for help with no line in front of me then went to pay and had to wait several minutes again while multiple employees stood doing nothing on their phones.

Ordered through Uber eats,very disappointed ordered a high protein bowl and received something else good thing Uber Eats refunded my money won’t be ordering from here no more!!

I have often
ordered here from either Uber eats or door dash and this location continuously gets the order wrong so this time I ordered it for pick up and honestly was offended at how unserious this working establishment is.

For starters my order is sitting on a shelf above one worker who is rambling on about relationship problems to another worker who is clearly on break but is eating a burrito bowl right next to the one preparing the food. Why couldn’t this employee take break anywhere else besides standing right next to someone who’s actively working? Who knows. I wait at least 2 mins before asking the gentleman if he could hand me my order to which the woman who’s preparing bowls responds rudely he’s on lunch and I’m busy. Well if you’re so busy and he wants to take lunch literally right next to you where work is to be done, than my apologies for asking for the food I have already paid for and is sitting right there.

I wait at least another minute the one on lunch walks away the employee making the orders then asks for my confirmation I show her my phone which apparently wasn’t what she was looking for so she takes her gloved hand with all its meat covered glory and touches my phone to scroll down on the app, hands me my food and then doesn’t even change her gloves and just continues working like cross contamination isn’t real I guess.

I will never return to this location whether it’s delivery or otherwise, I will instead drive the additional 10 minutes to a further one before coming here again. Terrible place

I've given this location so many chances, but it's a lost cause. Unfortunately due to the amount of demand from the area and seemingly suffering from a lack of staff, orders are always a struggle here. Constantly incorrect, late, etc. The work surfaces are all a mess as they have no time or staff to clean between orders. Meats and veggies and everything all mixed into each tub, looks like a bomb went off everywhere.

The food was fresh off the grill and tasted really good ! Jarrell is a great chef and I can’t wait to have more of his food. He seems to always have food ready off the grill I never have the long wait while’s he’s cooking unlike the other people I see
