Chipotle Mexican Grill

Opened up my burrito and thought I accidentally ordered a hot pocket. Portions are horrendous

Cashier and other workers has nasty attitude.. and Cashier puts her hand in garbage can to push garbage down without gloves.. woooow that's nasty

I ordered 3 items and paid $45 and they only packed 1 item and when I called them they didn't help me at all and by the way the only item that arrived didn't have chicken and it was supposed to be a chicken burrito bowl hell NOOOO!

If the brown skin Dominican woman is there, don’t worry your food is going to come out on time and right. She runs a tight ship.

Clean place but the workers are rude and they don’t seem to understand English well and it’s always packed

This place is Bloomfield is always a mess- from the drink machine with ice and soda tap horrible maintenance napkins on the floor — food - not being cleaned up as they go down the line - meat pieces in my queso sauce— guacamole salty like the person who made didn’t care -
Only thing is the nice staff - they never rude -

This is not a typical food review that i normally would do. Its a review to say Thank you to the staff Thursday night August 21st between 10- 11pm.
I was with a friend standing in line waiting to order when i had a medical emergency and collapsed unconscious. I woke up in a very weakened and lethargic state with restaurant staff and my friend picking me up and putting me in a chair. A staff member insisted i drink some water while others comforted me. They called paramedics and i was rushed to the hospital. Because of the quick thinking of the staff they eliminated an event that could have taken my life. I never got my food which i really wanted but am so grateful to this staff. At some point i will come in person to thank you. You get 5 stars for all you did.

was eating my burrito as it slowly started to fall apart. after the third bite it completely unraveled and fell apart. I usually order bowls but decided to get a burrito today, I guess I got a bowl anyways. wasted money :(

One person handles all food order prep a the counter meanwhile there is a line of 10 to 15 ppl waiting to also place an order. They need to be able to move line and keep wait times to a minimum of 4 mins. This is ridiculous. Ppl literally have 15/20 ?min lunches. Staying on this line is that long

Naw idk how it has five stars it must be from friends or something. Because my experience has been horrible. The first time I was like okay maybe it was the shift at the time. I came at a different time the same crap service, they give you little portions half a scoop of protein. Then when ask they say oh it will be extra. For the correct amount??!? That’s insane!

At the end of the day Chipotle is Chipotle. I am going for the food and not the people. But when you know better, do better. Don’t be rude because you’re annoyed or having a bad day.

I think customer service should be better . Because the energy given was disgraceful.

I stopped in here because I was traveling home. I waited in line for 45 minutes for a kids taco bowl And I asked for four sides to go with my kids meal I get to the register and the associate charged me two dollars each for four different size for my meal which I’m never charged at any other chipotle. The staff there are rude as hell. The place is very dirty. There’s food all over the counter. Their staff members are coughing everywhere. I will never eat here again This will be my first and last time
