Service is very bad I ordered shrimp with garlic sauce and it came with pork fried rice as I mentioned to them prior NO PORK because I don’t eat pork in Muslim still came with pork they refused to give me a refund

Been ordering from this place for years but lately they are messing up my orders when delivered. I called to complain and their solution was to let them know next time I order they will supply food that was missing. I stated no and told them I payed for it and they should be able to delivery when I originally asked for it. They said they will deliver and I asked them to included extra food which I will pay for but yet they wanted to charge me another delivery fee. I refused because they were going to bring food that was missing from my order. Not only I asked to speak to a manager/supervisor but they hung up on me two times. Me being so upset I decided to go pick up the food in the rain. When I get to the place food wasn’t even ready and no manager to speak to. Apparently when you place order on phone it’s thru a call center. Very hard to believe. This will be the last time I order from here. Very upset because food is really good but customer service is declining and very unprofessional. If you’re running a business I think they should check to make sure order is complete to avoid any complaints.

Extremely disappointed. Ordered for the first time tonight and spent $50 . Delivery was fast , but the rice was completely undercooked, it was so hard we couldn’t eat it & we were put on hold after we called back and told them , hung up and called again and were put on hold for 5+ minutes again almost like they were avoiding the problem . Also ordered boneless spare ribs and theyr absolutely disgusting . The wings were ok

Are you kidding me., 6 shimps sum cut in half + the wings are so small as pigeon wings. All chicken wings shrimp fried rice "only with onions" for about $12 dollars. Don't give those people ur hard earned $.

Love this place there good is fresh the service is good same for the food this place deserves a 5 star from how well and fresh the chicken is.
Only came here because family garden close on Monday. Same sauce for orange chicken sesame chicken. This supposed to be general toss. Still ate it cause it cause me $11 for this soft mushy chicken

I’ve been ordering from this Chinese place for many years but unfortunately I will stop doing so. They’ve changed their answering service, so now instead of speaking to one of the owners or one of the sons directly to order your food, you have to speak to like an answering service they’ve hired. So I called to order my food and they’re taking FOREVER!! So I called back to see how much longer they’re going to take and the lady from the answering company says to me that she can’t give me an estimate of the time because I ordered the food over the phone to her “boss” and not to her and that she will be calling me back, and yet NO ONE has called me back and I’ve been waiting TOO LONG! I don’t recommend this place!
