Only Dunkin in Brookdale area and next to the bus stop and school so gets packed.. service is friendly but slowish and there are usually panhandlers outside

This is the worst thing I have ever seen in my life from Dunkin. I ordered a box containing 6 specific donuts and orange juice. I was surprised, first, that they put everything in a small paper bag and not a box, which led to all the donuts being pressed on top of each other, breaking the donuts, and some pieces that I thought were old. Second, they sent her some that were not. I order it and I don't like it at all. Thirdly, the pieces are very broken and become very disgusting, as if they were pastries together, and they did not send orange juice.

The employees in the afternoon and evening are fabulous. Don't go in the am so I can't say how they are.
I have iced coffee and oat milk everyday! The manager and staff are excellent!

I went to get a cup of joe, had some coffee vouchers because they didn't have an expiration date,the dog face manager wouldn't accept it! Never had a problem in other store or state! Never go back to this location!!
