ordered a chocolate covered strawberry day dream refresher. My drink is not pink as advertised in the app it's orange. How do you mess this up? It taste nothing like strawberry dragon fruit taste like the pineapple one not good

Slowest dunkin ever, if you place a mobile order make sure you place it 20 minutes ahead. If you order in person be prepared to be there for 15-30 minutes. They always forget to add whip cream or cold foam to your coffees or they just mess it up period.

Every Monday I take my client (99) years old to Dunkin Donuts on Belleville ave, Bloomfield NJ to meet her lady friends for sandwiches, coffee & munchkins! The crew that work here are very sweet and I think they enjoy seeing the ladies as much as the ladies love seeing them! This location is also always decorated for all the holidays making it a really warm, relaxing and fun atmosphere to enjoy dining on your favorite Dunkin’ Donuts beverage or eating your favorite Dunkin treat! great job over here!! This is why we keep coming back.

This place sucks when it comes to mobile orders. On more then one occasion my stuff wasn't ready at pick up and I ordered well in advance. This morning you can hear a woman yapping in the back, there was no one inside and my order hasn't even started. Late to work bc they can't do their jobs

Worse dunking ever! You need to change your hole staff, those girls are super slow and all they do is chat, and chat and I’m standing there waiting like an idiot! I waited 12 minutes just for 2 small coffees which while I was standing there she gave an order before me to a man that just walked in! They don’t follow directions at all! Sorry but terrible service.

Might be the worse Dunkin in the area. If you’re in rush don’t go here. You’ll wait up to 15 minutes. Same goes for mobile orders. They don’t follow directions with the drinks and are always missing something. The way they run things here doesn’t make sense at all. They will start one drink and stop half way and let it sit there while they do a completely different order. Explains why people wait there for a long period of time.

Worst service ever, made my coffee wrong, she wasn’t pay attention when making a sandwich, food area wasn’t clean. The lady who was making the food, was talking to a friend who was there at the other side of the counter and not pay attention to customers.,also paying attention to her phone.I was right there waiting to asked a question she didn’t stop talking to her friend. Worst place ever.

Every time I go to this Dunking they close the bathroom at a certain time.. I caught on to their dismissing behaviors.. so it has led me to write a review of poor customer service because I order here often at the same evening hour for myself and my daughter. And tonight was the first night that I have had to use the restroom and sure enough it was not available.. it’s ridiculous especially if I am always a PAYING customer .

The servers do not mix the sugar into the drinks here. The sugar and cream is poured into the bottom, with the coffee poured on top. The result is a cold bottom portion of the drink with a hot top portion. It would be very nice if they mixed in the sugar thoroughly, even 5-10 seconds would make a big difference. Otherwise, great service at this location. I come here often.
