It's Dunkin donuts. Nothing wow about the meal. They follow the guidelines of cooking the meal. It is just something to fill you up before work.

The hot chocolate was measured and mixed by hand, which resulted in the texture being off (sandy) and the taste being blah. When asked why they make it like that, I was told because the machine is broken. In addition to this, the staff isn't the friendliest either. The guy on the night repeatedly acted if, though, that he was being bothered by the customers as he was on his cellphone with a personal call.

Sooooo Disappointed 😡 I stop here on a regular because it is on my way to getting on the highway. I order my coffee the same way every time sometimes they get it right sometimes they don’t ugh. Today I ordered the $6 meal I asked the guy to put butter on it he ignored me when I raised my voice so he could hear me he said you have to pay an extra .50 cents Wow fir butter but a lil annoyed I paid it. When o hit in my car the bagel was so hard I couldn’t even bite and again my coffee made with cream and not milk. I will most likely be going to another Dunkin after this.

I ordered my coffee and was very specific about how I wanted my coffee. Both indian employees were very rude and when I asked them if they could fix it she put an extra shot of coffee which was spilling all over the lid.
The only DD that is actually back on track post Covid. If you want coffee 24 hours a day, this is the place to go. Fresh coffee and donuts. Never stale, hard, or nasty.

Go to this Dunkin everyday. I went to day in a rush for work I ordered a sausage egg and cheese on a croissant. I work 10 min from the Dunkin I get to work and realize that the sandwich is cold I open the sandwich and the sausage patty is still frozen in the middle. I never have this problem with the older gentleman when he makes the sandwiches but when the lady with the glasses make my sandwich it always seems that she does a rush job and it’s never done. I called the store 2 time to inform them what happened no answer.
