Best frozen matcha in town.

My coffee is always full of grounds. Some other review mentioned the Matcha isn't mixed properly, same thing happened when I ordered a wicked matcha. If you order on the mobile app, they can never find your order. Order is never made ahead of time. And when I order from the delivery service, it's always made terrible. The location needs to be trained over again.

I was ordering my coffee and when I went back to change my coffee cause they added to much milk and when I got the new coffee and was drinking it , there was a booger ! Honestly horrible !!!!!!

I ordered a matcha drink from Dunkin’ and it was honestly a letdown. The drink wasn’t mixed well at all — I kept getting big chunks of matcha powder instead of a smooth drink. It tasted gritty and uneven, like it wasn’t blended properly. For the price, I expected much better quality and consistency. Definitely not enjoyable this time and will not be coming back

Don’t waste your time or money here. They got my order wrong on the mobile app. When I brought it to their attention, they said they’d fix it but they did not. Food was not fresh. My donut tasted stale.

This dunkin is filled with roaches they are in the ice coffee machine in the sandwich section it’s disgusting the owner (Chuck) was told more then once but won’t do a thing only when the instructions happen, do not eat here you will get sick.

I am having health complications and I visited this location. I don’t know if the store manager thought I was homeless, but after three minutes of sitting down, he told me I would need to leave. I felt discriminated against and also hurt that I did not see him say it to anyone else. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as well as with corporate I will not be going back to this business again.

I stopped by this location today for the first time & the experience was terrible. The lady at the register was rude. The chubby guy who made the drink was rude as well. I told him thank you when he handed me the drink & a wet straw but of course he didn’t say anything back. I get refreshers all the time at other locations in NJ & I’ve never had a refresher so disgusting. Not only did the appearance of the filthy, old restaurant gross me out, but the Mango refresher was nasty & was really dark & thick like orange juice & I could taste some kind of pulp. Then when I got a little down the road & went to pour it out there was a gnat in the cup. Disgusting!!!!!! This location is the worse DD ever. And these workers at these fast food places need to find better careers for themselves so they won’t be so mean & miserable taking it out on customers every day.

Bought coffee and a muffin in the morning on the way to work once I arrived at work I open the bag and the muffin was hard as a rock why? How could you sell food like this unacceptable had to threw it away smfh I won’t ever again go to this Dunkin
