The servers are rude and very loud there unsanitary and some girl who works there is really sassy and kept asking anything else when I was telling her to give me a minute to see what I wanted her tone wasnt a good one and that was the main problem and the dude who worked there 2 very loud and doesnt even know how to take the orders right and gets mad when you ask him or tell them that it wasn’t your drink totally unacceptable ser who you guys are hiring or at least drop in to give them a check

In the same boat with another reviewer, Rina. As a commuter, I used to be able to access this Dunkin from the walking path, but the owner put up a fence blocking foot traffic. Now, I just place my order ahead of time to the newly opened Dunkin in Penn Station.

I used to frequent this Dunkin' Donuts a lot due to its convenient location near my apartment and the train station. Unfortunately, the owner has repeatedly put a fence blocking me from accessing this store from the easiest route from my apartment. I could always walk around the block to get to this store, but unfortunately, the hostility is the message. I'll never shop at any of the stores in this shopping center again. Their coffee and slop food isn't even enough to justify all this.

The staff are always pleasant and nice. Mist importantly patient. I have visited this Dunkin for decades and there’s definitely a new change in the atmosphere. It can get very crowded very fast - and the staff always seem to remain cool. Service definitely meets the same standards as the food.

The bacon wasn't crushed on my hash browns. My sausage egg and cheese on a croissant was somehow squashed, but it still tasted good. My food was pretty good and I used the mobile app.
I bought a dozen donuts and they sold them to me with mold.

Don't waste your time using the mobile app, You're better off ordering in person. And not the best dunkin' donuts in having products stocked. 11:00 in the morning and they don't even have munchkins and hardly have donuts. Do better.

Certain workers do not know how to make coffee. I used to go here very often and it was always teens working hence the coffee not being good. Some Workers seem bothered while others seem stressed. Sorry to give such low rating but like I’ve said I’ve been going here off and on for years and the coffee flops. They honestly need to properly provide training before making customers orders.
