I am beyond disappointed. I picked up two dozen donuts for my daughter’s birthday for her class. My order clearly states which donuts I wanted. The order was completely wrong. My daughter came home, disappointed as am I when I opened to see that the leftovers are clearly not what I had placed in my order! It was whatever the worker decided to put in the box. Shameful.

For the third time, this dunkin donut has taken the lazy route. I ordered a bagel and cream cheese and for the third time, ive been given a bagel that I have to put together myself. I didn’t order the cream cheese on the side but it seems like the woman they have making the bagels is too lazy to do it correctly. Im officially done with this dunkin donut. Terrible

I usually always go here in order about the same thing whenever I drop my car off at a local shop and I’ve never really had an issue ever but today was something that I got under my skin for a poor communication service by the workers. I ordered my food didn’t receive a receipt. Whoever makes the food and takes it out the oven set a number. I wasn’t sure if the number was mine all she did is walk away another gentleman that was helpful asked me hey what are you waiting for? I told him turkey sausage, egg, and cheese toasted with hashbrowns so the guy calls the other girls name. I believe her name is Maria and says hey Maria, where is his food? She goes. Oh it’s on the counter and I called his number so I said well I wasn’t aware because I never received a receipt with the number on it. I didn’t receive a receipt at all And her first comment was well that’s not my problem so I was kind of confused on how you could be rude if I wasn’t rude to you and I don’t think that is my problem because I was the one that didn’t receive the receipt. My personal opinion is if you don’t like your job, you know just get another job, especially if the customer is not rude to you and you’re just blatantly being rude for no reason and as a guy, I’m not sitting there going back-and-forth with a female.

It was sad to see the manager put out an elderly person who did place an order but they ran out of the donuts mid afternoon. So she stayed inside to wait for her taxi, but he said she must leave because she bought nothing. Now she has to wait outside in the rain. You should be ashamed of yourself!! I can’t support this type of business.

I would not recommend getting a drink at this location - especially during the morning shifts. I have had multiple drinks served to me with cows milk despite ordering drinks with almond or oat milk.

This is the third time I went to this particular Dunkin the coffee was done the way I asked and the staff was very courteous and knowledgeable. I have had iced latte and hot coffee both was great.
