I stopped in for a small iced coffee and egg bites. The young man at the front mistakenly rang me up for a hot coffee, and when I brought it to the attention of the manager, he quickly resolved the issue and promptly got me an iced coffee. In my exchange with him and watching him dealing with the customers, he was extremely attentive, had a wonderful rapport with each customer, and had an amazing and professional demeanor. This is the third time I went to this particular Dunkin the coffee was done the way I asked and the staff was very courteous and knowledgeable. I have had iced latte and hot coffee both was great.
