Horrible scenario Ordered through Seamless and the order came early. So I went down to go pick it up at my front door and the driver stopped me because he saw on my receipt that there was no tip. So he says "you can leave a tip" and I said "I know that" and he said "well next time leave a tip. I came from far and I shouldn't have to come." So I told him that the next time he sees that they get an order for my name and address to cancel it. So then I contacted the restaraunt and the manager said he wasn't going to do anything about it. On top of that, the lettuce on my salad was brown and my garlic knots were burnt. Never ordering from there again. And the chicken on the salad was bland.

All the reviews are over a year old. I simply ate the plain pizza pie. It's just bland and not good at all. Nothing stands out on the pie. I can't comment on service as it was a pickup. But not worth it

I always come here for lunch while im working. There really good and really great service. I definitely would recommend people to try it out and there food is delicious.

Ok. Do not order chicken francaise from them! Instead of a lightly floured and sautéed chicken cutlet in a lemon butter sauce, you'll get an over cooked chicken cutlet drowning in a sauce made from jarred chicken gravy with a shot of lemon juice. Stick to the pizza, which is always good.

It's a shame that the customer service is HORRIBLE because the food is pretty decent.. Especially if you order online.. They do what they want even though you ask for it a specific way. Ive ordered a handful of times there and everytime the order was wrong with how I noted it on the website.. They deliver whatever time they want even though where it asks what time to deliver I put a specific time. The pizza came done anu say they wanted even though I said a different way. And when I called all three times to ask what happened they gave me attitude. And after complaining I was told not to order from there anymore.. I guess they have thousands a day calling an odering that they don't need the business... Big fat 0 they get from me.. Customer service is big in My eyes. If they can't get that right can you imagine what they're doing with the food behind closed doors

3 stars because my food was good. However my company just moved in the area. I bragged to my co-workers about the food. The Delivery man was so Rude. He call me to tell me he was outside and did not enter buildings I was very surprised I never heard that before. My office is very busy. I tried to explain to him that I wish I knew they did not do full delivery. He could care less. We are a office with seven staff members. We are privy catered lunches 3 to 4 times a month. are choice. Bella Pizza need to work on it's customer service.

I ordered a buffalo chicken pizza on grub hub. It arrived quickly but it was burned. All the cheese was crispy and the chicken was black. I called and they offered to send us another pizza which was accommodating.

My favorite pizzeria in Bloomfield! The service is fast and the pizza is even better!!! I would recommend this place to anyone in the Bloomfield or Newark area. The crust on their pizza is soft and sandwiches/fries are the BEST!

Decent fettuccine Alfredo. The sauce is thick which is a plus for me. They were pretty fast. We also ordered a Philly cheese steak which came with potatoes inside. My bf seem to enjoy it.

Ok... I live roughly 4 min away, and yet it still took an hour for 2 medium pies. So needless to say, I am expecting a very good pizza. Sadly I did not get one. This pizza has honestly confused me. It's a thin slice but yet managed to be both undercooked and burnt, leaving this chewy doughy base. There was a decent amount of cheese, however it was not distributed right because the shift in delivery left a few slices without... and I don't think I get why on earth they decided to put "sauce" on top of the cheese. Listen... let's not go trying to reinvent the pizza, us north jersey folks KNOW good pizza and this is not cutting it. I gave them 2 stars because the flavors were not horrible, and i do believe that with a few modifications it could be decent.
Odered an 18" pie from them tonight through grubhub. Order was correct, sausage and pepperoni pie was delicious and their delivery time was speedy.. I would 100% suggest ordering from them!! I definitely will again!!

Although we haven't tried their pizza, their other Italian dishes are quite good. Their marsala sauces is especially delicious... I wouldn't call the food amazing, but it is always tasty and delivered quickly by very friendly staff. Overall it is a solid option for take-out or delivery...

pizza was awful. I got there on a Friday around lunch time and the pizzas looked like they'd been sitting for hours. A friend recommended this place so I checked it out. To start off there was little to no crust on the pizza. This was a first for me I've actually never seen that before. The pizza itself was mostly cheese and dough with a few drops of sauce on it . The dough was either undercooked severely or just badly made I was chewing on my slice like it was gum. There was also a long strand of hair embedded under the pound of cheese put on the pie. They gave me another slice which was hairless but just as bad. I can't speak on the other specialty slices but if your plain slice is that bad I wouldn't be willing to waste my time and money. I'll never come back here again.

Order the Bella's Supreme Pizza for pick up, which would take about 25mins. The price was good. However it did not taste like a true pizza that I'm used to. I notice that they put lots of cheese on the dough then toppings, finally finish it up with tomato paste (not sauce) sprinkled on,here and there. So all in all it was fresh, hot, but tasted mostly cheese on dough. I'll know next time to just do the extra drive to Frank's Pizza on Bloomfield Ave, Newark and know I am getting a true great tasting pizza.
