I ordered on friendly website couple weeks ago they sent wrong food. When I called to correct Manager said I ordered a pick up and they do not make deliveries. He said he could not fix the situation, even after explaining I ordered through Friendlys not door dash and a deliver was made. Refused to fix an order placed through their store. Never experienced customer service like that. Been going there for years will never patronize Friendly again.

Two weeks ago I placed an oline order from Friendly's in Bloomfield. To no fault of Friendly's, the order was delivered to the wrong address.It's been two weeks of back and forth between Door Dash and Friendly's and a whole federal case has been as to how properly refunded me my money for an ice cream order. It's beyond ridiculous and absurd!Do not order especially from this Friendly's establishment! They have displayed the worst possible case of customer service ever!!!

This place is so horrible, stay away. They can’t seem to get anything right. Ordered through UberEats and first off the grilled cheese combo came with a tomato soup….no tomato soup. Also ordered a salad with extra dressing on the side…..no dressing, and lastly ordered chicken quesadillas and the sent chicken fingers and fries. Obviously it’s too hard for these people to read an order on a screen and do it right. Do not order from this place, you have been warned. Side note: They want $15 an hour for not being able to do a simple task correctly.

Under staffed. Zero adults working anywhere in sight. The poor kids working there are dealing with disgruntled hungry people. I can't tell you the last time I left a bad review. Awful experience

Too many nats flying around. You can tell its a bacteria filled place. Workers just sitting around instead of cleaning and being attentive to customers. Food was ok. If you do get something from here, just order to go.

Had a clam chowder, which was watery and bland as well as a BBQ chicken supermelt which was delicious. Server was very nice and attentive. This was the typical Friendly's experience. Not gourmet but I will always have a soft spot for this place.
Ordered a honey bbq chicken super melt with extra bbq and ranch. They gave me regular chicken tenders with no bbq or ranch on the supermelt, and sides of ranch and bbq. The chicken is supposed to be coated in the honey bbq. The bacon (and fries) was also undercooked. As you can imagine, this supermelt was very dry and bland. Below average at best.

So my aunt had the tuna melt and I had the Reuben melt. Both were smallish sandwiches; my aunt expressed surprise that hers was not on a roll. My Reuben was accompanied by a handful of fries and my meal cost $11.29. The quality of my Reuben was humdrum. What really shocked me was that my aunt's tuna sandwich and coleslaw also cost $11.29. Service was very good, our waitress was attentive and food arrived quickly. However, my primary goal in writing this review is to alert people that we, on this occasion, did not receive good value for what we spent. We visited yesterday. I will not be returning any time soon.
