I ordered a custom cake and it was just subpar. For some unknown reason, you can get red velvet in 7inch but NOT 8inch??? Then I asked for an edible image on the cake and it actually looked so dumb 😆 yes, the pick is a square with text but at least call to see how I’d like for it to be placed on the cake omg it looks so silly I could cry. Anyway, I paid for it beforehand so I just left with the silly cake (not even the flavor I wanted!!!!!) but would not recommend.

Good service and the bakery items are usually good. However, on several occasions I’ve purchased cupcakes that were stale and dry. I’ve learned to ask for cupcakes from the front of the display case. I recently bought a cake and was told it was made that day, but it definitely didn’t taste fresh. Unfortunately, no one finished their slice. It really should have been returned.

This place is amazing! I came here to get some cannoli’s for a godfather movie weekend. And Josie helped me out. She was great and enthusiastic. Recommended some other pastries. And wrapped everything up nicely! Thanks Josie! I will be back.

I don't patronize for myself but come here to pay my thanks to others. Here's some good customer service tips, one the phone rings and there is a customer in line what should you do? You answer the phone and say your greeting and tell them you would have to put them on hold and take care of the person whose in the store. Here's the short of it a cardinal rule, anytime you decide that whatever you're doing behind the counter take precedent over any customer standing in front of you, you make the decision and display a disrespect for them. This place may have wonderful looking baked goods but my personal experiences with customer service here warrants my never returning to your bakery -- it's a consistent display of rudeness some can handle some can't. :0(
