I don’t know if they’re under new management or not but the customer service with this place has gone completely downhill. I called to place an order and I’m not sure if it was a language barrier but they kept making it seem like they couldn’t understand a simple order or half chicken and half beef ribs. they kept placing me on hold (I’m sure if I didn’t hang up they would’ve had me on hold longer). and each time I called back the phone kept ringing and no one picked up (like are you scanning calls? how do you not pick up the phone after you just placed me on hold?). I called several different times and no one picked up my call. mind it, it’s only 3:30 in the afternoon and they just picked up the phone. it sucks because I used to come to this place all the time when they first opened YEARS ago but I’m good on never going back. I see why they almost closed a few years ago.

Usually order from here frequently , just terrible customer service. When the food is good it’s good but when it’s bad they don’t own up to it, they make you keep the food that’s bad. They just lost a loyal client been going to them for 6 years. Just getting worse … The prices keep going up and customer service going down. Especially paying $50 dollars for two pieces of salmon. I’m known on social media for food quality and letting people know where the best eats are but they just lost me.
