First time ordering grilled chicken wings. The wings were undercooked, for me. When I called back to speak to the manager his response was, “if you want the wings cooked more, you have to ask for them well, well done.” I told him that this was a first time that I had heard of needing to specify, in order to get cooked chicken wings (tips were white), especially because of the potential health risk associated with eating undercooked chicken. He said okay, as though this was my problem and not his as he argued that I should have asked for “well, well done.” I wonder if the health department would agree with him??? Buyer beware.

I did a door dash order. I called prior. They going to charge me 11$ extra for 2 garlic sauce and a bbq sauce . Are you kidding me ? When I go to other bbq places they place the garlic sauce on the chicken.

The service and attitude of the restaurant staff was terrible. I asked about mayonnaise and they told me that they didn’t have it in the restaurant. I understand and when I opened the sandwich it had May. I asked the staff with a terrible attitude and terrible customer service. They told me they gave me a May side that I had to pay for it. By the way, I had no problem doing it from the beginning. I don’t understand the bad attitude here. I don’t recommend it to anyone and secondly the food was normal. The meat was hard without flavor. The bread was soft and the potatoes were good but I definitely won’t go back or recommend it.

Excellent option for those interested in healthy/real food. The guys there are really cool. The proteins were delicious and their spice blends are really good. Even the steamed broccoli was seasoned well. Their garlic sauce is made using garlic, vinegar, and hot sauce; very good for those of us interested in eating clean. Would definitely recommend!

I’m a very lucky girl. To live right around the corner from them. This IS MY GO TO BBQ place. I would not trade it for anything else. The guys are so nice! And the food OMG the chicken. Para comerte los dedos! Que delicia. 🫶🏻
I don’t know if they’re under new management or not but the customer service with this place has gone completely downhill. I called to place an order and I’m not sure if it was a language barrier but they kept making it seem like they couldn’t understand a simple order or half chicken and half beef ribs. they kept placing me on hold (I’m sure if I didn’t hang up they would’ve had me on hold longer). and each time I called back the phone kept ringing and no one picked up (like are you scanning calls? how do you not pick up the phone after you just placed me on hold?). I called several different times and no one picked up my call. mind it, it’s only 3:30 in the afternoon and they just picked up the phone. it sucks because I used to come to this place all the time when they first opened YEARS ago but I’m good on never going back. I see why they almost closed a few years ago.
