I've been to this IHOP on numerous occasions but what happened to me a week ago was disturbing I will never return I was given a menu and it was literally a roach crawling on the table so if it was that bold to be crawling on the table I can't imagine what the kitchen look like. I will never eat at this IHOP again in life they need to exterminate immediately because the waitress killed the roach like that was normal she didn't even apologize for the roachðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜

Placed an online order. Picked up, went home. Order was missing items. Called. Went back. Grabbed the items they forgot. Was offered a soft drink (that I can't drink) for my inconvenience. No partial refund, no gift card. Now time to eat hour old cold pancakes. 🤷

I'm a senior in college, living with my mother who is disabled (legally blind). I took her to this IHOP since it was nearby and we started going there together ever since I introduced it to her 2 months ago. We absolutely love IHOP and this one was great in food, service, and environment. The staff were really helpful and accommodating for my mom. Sophya in particular went above and beyond for my mom, giving us candy, complimenting her, and even helping her to find the bathroom and exit door. I dont expect this from people anymore because I do it and they dont care about my moms disability. But as strange as I felt, I was touched and I appreciate that the staff made my mom seen and welcome, because it's something most of society doesn't do for the disabled. I'll be coming back :)
