It was early morning. We had gone to another IHOP that was advertised as opening early. That wasn’t the case so we came to this one. We usually doubt come here because it’s usually packed because it’s very small. However, since we opened the store there was not a long line. It was only 1 cook and 1 server when we arrived. The lady apologized for any delays. The food was hot and cooked as IHOP should taste. She even separated the ice so I can adjust it to my liking.

I recently visited this IHOP and noticed some serious cleanliness concerns, as I saw roaches both in the dining area and bathroom. It was disappointing to experience this at an establishment where cleanliness should be a priority. Additionally, the service could benefit from improvement; it seemed the staff were overwhelmed or perhaps not fully engaged, which affected the overall experience. I hope management addresses these issues. I had to notify the board of health about this experience. Never coming back! 3 other family saw exactly, what I saw....

Didn't realize it was so small and cramped inside. Our waiter was either new or not efficient horrible table service. Food was subpar,not hot when served over cooked turkey sausage..won't be back anytime soon

The pancakes is always cold and the grits is awful
food was incredible, and came out quickly. great location for when you want to absolutely stuff your face with pancakes and eggs. sophie was our server and was so, so lovely and kind. she took the time to talk with us and make us laugh despite how busy they were. i also really loved the dynamic of the staff - when you can tell everyone is having fun, i do too! everyone was in good spirits and working together and it showed. big love to the staff at this location. ?
