Very disapointed. Do Not order dinner from here. The prices are insane for the quality of food you get. I ordered the sirloin tips with mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli. The mash potatoes looked as though they were pre-cooked and put in a plastic tupperware container then dumped into my dish. That is not acceptable for a place that has been in buisness for so long. I also ordered a cheese steak sandwich and sad to say very underwelming, small and lacks flavor. The french fries were not even fried., they taste microwaved & had no flavor, a little salt and pepper goes a long way. You get 100 %better from jersey mikes. You need to treat your customers like you care about the food you are serving them. It is not hard to make fresh mashed potatoes and and put the fries in a fryer. A sandwich should be a whole sandwich, not a half of one. At least the sirloin tips were cooked well. Please try harder for your customers!

Ordered food to go and my order was incorrect. I do not live close by was just in area.. so I called to inform them of my order being completely wrong. A worker named Pierre picked up phone and when I told him my order was wrong he said well I don't what to tell u.. I can't help u.. I'm like oh really.. where is ur manager.. he replied oh she right here u could speak to her if u want. manager Sophia got online to apologize for incorrect order but told me to call her back at 3pm because she was busy. This is why I go to the north end IHop when I'm in Bloomfield.. that avenue location is ghetto and unprofessional. Food is always wrong and lots of poor attitudes.. Dine at Broad Street Ihop.. this location needs to go out of business!!!!

The food is good but when it comes to delivery it never fails for them to forget something. Then when you mention it in the app that part of the combo is missing you dont even get your money back for the item. It always happens! I swear im better off picking it up at this point i dont even care about the drive thats how bad it is because multiple times i order for delivery and they always forget something.

They put us in a party room with no heat, was 30 degrees inside, our server changed every 10 mins, the order was all incorrect, and the servers were very rude. Not to mention there were things on the bill that we never ordered and the food was crummy.

IHOP is usually one of my favorite spots to go to for decent breakfast. I have to say I was disappointed on all fronts at the Bloomfield, NJ location. The outdated atmosphere and lackluster service set the stage for a subpar dining experience. The pancakes were a little burned, the hashbrowns weren't burnt but definitely over-cooked, the food in general didn't seem quite as fresh or tasty as other IHOP restaurants I've dined in. I along with my guest did not like the food at all, and the waiter didn't make it any better. Overall, a letdown and not recommended
