I recently visited I Hope on Broad Street in Bloomfield, and it was a great experience! The food was fresh, flavorful, and served just the way I like it. Every dish had a nice balance of taste and presentation, which made the meal enjoyable from start to finish. What really stood out, though, was the service. Our server was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome throughout the visit. It's rare to find such genuine hospitality these days, and it definitely added to the overall positive vibe of the place. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, making it perfect for a casual meal or a quick bite. I would absolutely recommend I Hope to anyone looking for good food and excellent service in Bloomfield. I'II definitely be coming back soon!

We were quickly seated.l. Our order was taken almost immediately,but then things went downhill from there.
We didn't get our coffee until we asked where they were 17 minutes later.
Out food took an hour and not prepared according to the menu specs. No one cqme around to check on us, so we had to interupt another serve for more coffee and water.
We asked for the bill? and our server never returned with it. When the cashier overheard me complain, she brought our bill.
This was our grandkids first, ever experi3nce with IHOP and it was embarrassing.
I like IHOP, but never this one again.

We live in the neighborhood and have been here a couple of times. The three things that stand out for is about this IHOP: 2) Ease of parking your car. There is a lot of parking, 2) super friendly staff who provide excellent service, and 3) fast and delicious food. You get what you want without pretentiousness. Keep up the good work.

We were trying to go to the IHOP in Clifton but it was packed with a 30min wait…our son really wanted IHOP for his birthday breakfast and we ended up finding this IHOP hidden in Bloomfield. It was great! The staff is phenomenal, super friendly, professional, and personable! It wasn’t packed and we did not have a wait, at all. I would recommend people go here during the”busy” times at IHOP because this one doesn’t seem to get overcrowded.
They also surprised all of us by singing Happy Birthday to our son. It was the sweetest! Thanks for helping us celebrate our baby and providing excellent service!

Seems like Ihop will be the next chain of restaurants to be obsolete. No matter which one I go to, it seems so somber in there. Just visited the one on Broad St in Bloomfield. Only 1 waitress to sit you and take the order. She had like 6 tables, running back and forth to the front desk, to the kitchen n the tables. That was insane 😳

Didn't really expect much when we walked in, wasn't the cleanest place, but, we were hungry and it was convenient. I was actually surprised, the food came quickly, and it was hot, and pretty good compared to other IHOPs I've been to. The waiter was friendly, and attentive. The coffee was good as well. If I'm in that area again, I'd go back. 1 piece of advice, clean the mop.
