My family had great meals at this IHOP food was very good we had pancakes, eggs, bacon, hash browns and waffles everything tasted delicious. Our server Miyah went above and beyond to greet us with a smile as she served our drinks and food. She often came to our table to ask if we required anything else. I highly recommend this IHOP for both the amazing atmosphere, good service and great food.
Vegetarian options: Has pancakes, french toast and waffles and well as other options on the menu.
Wheelchair accessibility: I have a walking disability and it was extremely easy to access the restaurant and also easy to manuever inside the building also it has a bathroom equipt for wheelchair accessibility.

Terrible service we had to wait more than an hour for our food the order was placed but we didn't receive anything bir even the appetizers this was the worst people came in after us and received their food then when we asked about the food the sever said that there order was probably placed before us this is unacceptable. Then we had to drive to the I hop in clifton and receive great service 🙌

This used to be one of the best places you have breakfast. I'm not sure what happened. Their bathroom is really clean but it needs a door and they need to really clear their air vents in the dinning area which is blowing this moldy toilet stench. This moldy smell has been there for almost 7 years.
Management and staff: The manager at this restaurant should be fired. She's completely disrespectful to customers.
My order arrived 2 hours later with cold coffee and the food itself was cold which is absolutely unacceptable. When I complain to the Manager she came back with a disrespectful comment. Apparently, she somehow thinks it's ok to argue with a paying customer instead of just fixing the order. I ended up reaching out to the other IHop on Bloomfield Ave in Bloomfield whose Manager was gracious, extremely friendly, and apologetic. He had me place my order again for free with him over the phone, and my meal arrived in 40 minutes nice and hot. This happened two years ago, and I've been ordering from the IHOP at Bloomfield Avenue since and have never had any issues with my meal.

Today, November 10th, 2024 I decided to take my family to the ihop located on broad st. in Bloomfield, NJ. At first we were greeted promptly, but after being seated and giving our order to out waiter ''Gee" the service started to get worse and worse. It took about 20-25 minutes for our food to come out, in which not all of it came out only the pancakes. We were told to please give him a moment he has to go to a small meeting in the back which was the kitchen. Now I don't think he noticed but from where we were seating we could see everything going on in the kitchen. He and the staff were playing around and chatting it up. After 10 minutes he came out with the French fries, and forgot to bring out the hash browns which he had to go back to get. After that my family and I waited 30 minutes for someone to notice us. A bus boy asked me if I needed anything else, and I asked him for the check. The bus boy brought it out and told me when I am done to bring it back to "Gee" so that he could charge me. At that point I was trying to figure out how to pay it through the app because did not find it acceptable for me to have to walk to the back, and find "Gee'" to pay my bill. He ended up coming to the table 5 minutes later and took my payment. Honestly, there needs to be some supervision on the staff because the lack of customer care there today was super unprofessional. I understand having fun at work but playing around in the kitchen or having meeting while half way serving the customers is not acceptable.
A friend and I were driving by and decided to pop in for a quick bite. Great decision! The food came very quickly and was delicious. We did catch them at a good time. The restaurant itself has a pleasant atmosphere and is very clean.
The best thing about our visit was the service. Our server Shay was friendly, cheerful, and helpful. She was also attentive to us without us even noticing, which to me just says she was paying attention to whether we’d need anything else or her assistance. Shay really made our dining experience pleasant and relaxing.

You want a bad morning go to this place they told me the wait was 20 minutes an hour passed and they just took me to the table after I arrived they told me the wait for the food would be 35 minutes but this lack of respect and courtesy is the service they provide
This was the worse Ihop ever! The place was filthy! Sat a booth and the walls were brown with dirt and doodles on the wall. The bathroom was just as dirty with no TP in any stalls. I had to tell them to replace them. We were the only people in there, it was completely empty. They all were doing a good job decorating for Halloween ?, but the sad truth is they didn't have to as it was scary as it was. Service was great and the food was ok.

Our server Armani was not attentive to us at all. We had to keep asking other waitresses and the host for our coffee and our food. I had to get up off my table to get sugar from another table after asking Armani and he never came back with any sugar for our coffee. I have never experienced such horrible service in my life here. The host was very helpful and so was the other female waitress that was there, otherwise Armani should not be working in this place at all.

I usually love going to this ihop because it is never busy and the food is always good. I went the other day and the food was delicious as always but unfortunately my family and I got sick and I got food poisoning and it's been a rough few days for me.
