I order online every time. I got a cookie last time, and holy cow, it's ridiculously good. The brownie tastes better when it's crunchier (I put mine in the fridge). I'll never forget the first time some random client at my dad's job offered me jersey Mike's. Years ago, he changed my life. Way better than subway, I'm so glad they opened one in bloomfield, I used to go all the way to West orange.
Parking: Parking is so bad if you don't have a small car. Very tight lot, and at peak time, you won't find space. Highly recommend you come when it isn't busy, or get takeout.

Store was crowded and it was taking forever just to get a sandwich. I will never understand how people could be on a line for more than 5 mins get to the area to order their sandwich and still not know what they want stuff like that is what holds lines up have your order ready when its your turn to order its most likely not your first time here.... Other than that the staff was nice and pleasant and the hold up wasnt there fault at all

Made the wrong sandwich. I ordered a salsa verde chicken cheese steak sandwhich, and it looks like they gave me the regualr chesee steak. Had to drive back after I had already left. Terrible customer service. Young kids and un educated about the menu. Very very disappointed with this location. Told me this was a chicken cheese steak when it looked nothing like the picture. They proceeded to tell me it was the chicken sandwich, but I find that hard to believe by the way it looked. I decided to just return the sandwich because I could not eat what they gave me.

This establishment makes some of the best subs that me and my family have ever had. My personal favorite sub is the big kahuna. Bread was fresh and the beef was cooked perfectly. The staff was very welcoming and treated me kindly, especially the manager, romane. He goes above and beyond for his customers by getting to know them and even giving his own personal recommendations, one of them being the Italian sub. Romane even helped me with changing my tire when I got a flat in the parking lot, he really does a great job for Jersey Mikes.

Sandwiches were very tasty. Ordered the original Italian and tuna sub; both made with care. I had no idea what the Mike’s way entailed, but Romane was very patient and attentive while making my sandwich. Nice atmosphere. Convenient for a quick meal. I would definitely go back.
