I bought the Philly cheese steak as I always do, but when I got home to eat it I couldn't believe how disgusting it was. It tasted like she put oil and vinegar on it. It also didn't help that the young lady wasn't the friendliest (heavyset, African American woman). If people are spending more than $10 for a sandwich, the least you can do is make sure it's good and their money isn't wasted.
And you folks need to make sure you are touching the cash register and other places with the same gloves you’re going back and forth making sandwiches with. You’d really think working in fast food was rocket science.

Heads up place will limit items you can order before posted closing time. I got there a few minutes before closing (I work late and can’t help it) but they told me I couldn’t have any of the sandwiches warm since they cleaned the grill already. Not sure if shutting down the grill early is standard procedure, but still disappointing.

I ordered 2 subs here both #7 one with onions tomato and cpr and one without. They made them both with everything on it. The other sub was for my daughter who is 9 yrs old hates tomatoes and doesn’t eat spicy food! Then they put so much oil and vinegar on them they were soggy by the time they got to my house. Save your money and go literally ANYWHERE ELSE. Like how do you just slop stuff onto a roll with zero concept that people paid for the food!?!?!?!? It was the MOST DISGUSTING jersey mikes sub I’ve ever had. I normally go to the one in west Orange. But after this experience i honestly think im done with Jersey mikes altogether.
