Whoever made my chipotle cheesesteak around 6pm today (2/1/24) I HOPE U HAVE THE BEST DAY EVER BC THAT CHEESESTEAK WAS EVERYTHING. So dang good. Perfect proportions. I absolutely housed it. Thank u sm.

I have never had an issue before and don’t ever complain about Jersey Mike’s. However during a recent order through the app, I asked for a giant sub to be cut into 8 pieces if possible. If it couldn’t be done it would’ve been just fine but here is where my issue came about. One of your staff members took the time to write a little note stating “ only 6 pieces, don’t complain” I found this very unpleasant and called to speak to a manager about this only to speak to a lead since a manager was not available. After explaining to the lead the reason for my call she apologizes and tells me she knows exactly who did that! I’d like to know what kind of business you are running? That you allow your staff to treat clients with disrespect. According to the lead a manager would call me back and I have yet to hear back from anyone. To be clear if the sandwich was cut into 4,6 or 8 pieces is the least of my concern. It is the nerve of the staff member to take the time to write on the wrapper and disrespect a client and the fact that management is aware and does nothing. Was it that perhaps the staff member assumed I did not read, write and or speak English ??
No I don’t want a free sandwich either!

The food is okay, but the workers are pretty lazy and don’t provide friendly customer
Went to the Location in Bloomfield which is new to the area on my way home from work.It was 10 minutes before closing and i was happy I made it. The doors were open and I walked in and asked if they were open the workers looked at each other grinning and said oh we are closed. Sad way for new store to operate.And I am a Jersey Mike's fan.But after this experience I will not be visiting this location.

Jersey Mike's is within walking distance. So my significant other and I checked it out. We are glad we did!The prices are only a few dollars more than what you would pay at Subway. I like the hardwood floors and cherry beach photographs on the walls. The servers are friendly and polite and go out of their way to make customers feel welcome.We had two coupons for free sandwiches. We enjoyed our meal so much we've been back three times since.I love the portobello and swiss cheese sandwich and the ultimate club. My significant other enjoys the tuna and ham and provolone.The menu also offers, turkey, Italian heroes, and beef and chicken cheese steak sandwiches. Jersey Mike's is right up there with Subway and Blimpies .

Great location I've been going to this particular Mike's sice the soft openingMind you I set my standards high since the owner was there and everything ran perfectly that One specific day .Fast forward to last nightPlace was a messThe bread I wanted was not available so the substitute was thrown !Bread was literally thrown then cut too big and then to small . Station was a mess containers not cleaned. Bacon was burnt siting in a plastic container . Cashier was in such a rush didn't ask if I wanted / needed a drink . Tossed everything together and wrapped my sandwich so tight then twisted the life out of the bag . Needless to say my sandwich was mush when I got home minutes later. Never againParking: Strip ma
