Sadly, KFC continues its decline. Chicken tasted ok, but quality of sides and desserts is pretty low. The actual location is also OK, but interior is small, old, and dated.
Parking: No seats, no bathroom.

I ordered from here yesterday I was at work so unfortunately I had to order delivery. What a big mistake that was I ordered a chicken sandwich combo, a 6 piece wing combo, 5 nuggets and two wraps. I didn’t receive the 5 nuggets so my coworker didn’t get to eat because that was her food and then I go to eat my food and guess what it was raw chicken I could’ve gotten salmonella or food poisoning had I not noticed the food was raw. Now uber won’t give me back my money and the restaurant won’t give me my money since I ordered through uber. So I’m stuck paying for food that didn’t come and food that was inedible. Never ordering from here again I advise other to do the same if you don’t want to get sick
The health department needs to shut this place down!!!I was sold OLD,MUSHED double dipped oil fries.If the health department was notified do you think this place would pass!!?The front desk staff was 2 young unprofessional girls running the store alone ! I asked for a refund she called the MANAGER on the phone and failed to tell her the lack of health precautions practiced here !! If someone can sale disgusting food that can possibly cause food poisoning you already know what type of person and how they live in their own house !!! Please see the pictures below …

They need new management or just shut the place down. They only 3 people working which includes the cook. I had to wait 54 mins for some crispy chicken. If I didn't place my order online and would have had to fight with them to get my money back I would've cancelled the order. The food was warm when I ate it. Then they didn't give me half of my order I had to go back to get the rest. It was ridiculous. This location is poorly managed and they don't answer the phone. SAVE YOURSELF THE FRUSTRATION AND FIND ANOTHER LOCATION TO GO TO BECAUSE I WONT BE GOING BACK

Terrible service, very slow and people come and go and the chicken there is no terrible service there is no food to buy and if you buy it is finished to your order and they give you what suits them 2 hours and my order is not there

Went here at 5:55 pm and now 6:24 still have not placed an order. 2 people have been waiting an hour for chicken. They allegedly have to fry chicken. Another patron has been waiting 45 mins for his order. The entire establishment is horrible. Workers don’t speak the language and Christmas music blasting. Lost my order. Will never patronize this establishment again. 260 Glenwood Avenue in Bloomfield. Horrible customer service

0 STARS if I could! The absolute worst of the worst. Came in and was 4th in line, 40 minutes to take my order and I swear on everything I love I am not exaggerating. Staff honestly could care less about the line they had and amount of people that were waiting for their order. Between everyone moving in slow motion and some employees sitting down by the machines/fryers with their headphones on just hanging out… the General Manager seriously needs to make some changes. Unless you have the patience of a saint, I truly recommend not coming here at all
