A small place with some big portions of good Colombian food. I live in upstate NY...too bad that they're not local to me, otherwise I would be ordering food from them all of the time!!

I drove 30 minutes to eat at this restaurant and when I arrived at 9:40 pm, it was closed already even tho their opening hours said they close at 11 pm.

First time visiting for me and my wife, as we walked in we didn’t know where to sit so we went upstairs. However, the server led us to a dimly lit corner despite plenty of tables available so we chose to sit downstairs instead, even though seating there was a bit tight and not very comfortable.
Our server downstairs was attentive and friendly, which we appreciated. That said, the overall atmosphere felt more geared toward guests with reservations for special party celebrations rather than people just for dining in, so we got the impression that we should wrap up and leave once we finished our meal.
The food was decent, and found parking on the street but there’s valet service.

Chose this spot because I've dined here before n the food was good. Today took my niece for a birthday dinner. What a disaster. Waitress/bartender, whatever she was, was horrible. Told her no salt on rim n she brings it with salt rim. Told her I didn't want salt she slammed the drink in the table n walked away. So rude didn't speak ENGLISH. How do u have her there n she can't communicate. Then my daughter n her girl got their food n mine n my nieces never came. It was just awful. I spoke to the manager, which was very nice n professional. But still left unhappy n with empty belly. 😡 Will never go there again n not recommend this place again.

Music was nice, but the customer service was lacking. The drinks are expensive, which is fine, but the bartenders seemed like they had attitude or that it was a chore to talk to me. It felt like they wanted me to order more drinks even though I wasn't there for too long. The atmosphere also felt a bit gimmicky as others explained.
