I usually have all terrible things to say about McDonald's on broad street. The daytime crew all need to be retrained... however last night had to get my grandson his happy meal. .. I must say the evening crew were so much more pleasant.. very friendly very welcoming...

I don’t know how they’re getting away with such disgusting bathrooms, especially during a pandemic. The A/C freezes you out the door and the Big Mac patties are to thin to even taste now.

Don't usually go to McDonald's, as I prefer the redhead, but I was hungry waiting for my train! Ordered a 2 for $5.00 with a Big Mac and Quarter Pounder with cheese. Both were cooked to order and prepared by someone who seemed to care about what they were doing, not sloppily thrown to as is the usual! The burgers were fresh, tasty, and quite enjoyable! What I didn't enjoy was the panhandler sitting down at my table and asking me for money and all the front staff standing around doing nothing and loudly carrying on like they were at a party! At least someone in the kitchen takes pride in themselves and their job!they are ok of an staff but managaer really needs to step up her ganer

They told me not to order a lot because they were short staffed. So I ordered a medium coffee. They said it was gonna take 40 minutes. Extra star for the honesty

Employees were very kind. Food was hot and delicious. Special order was correct, as well! We were just stopping through, but I wish my local McDonald's was that reliable!

Ordered a grilled chicken sandwich. It was just very well done chicken on a bun with no mayo, no lettuce, no tomato. Seemed like it had been around for a while also. Very disappointing

Stopped there for a quick bite on the road. They seem to have forgotten the fast part of being a fast food restaurant. It wasn't very busy and it took 20 minutes to get our food. Food was typical McDonalds but the fries weren't very good.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This was awful... long wait for everything even though it wasn't very busy. Long wait to order, long wait to get drinks... Then the food was COLD? I don't get it? Drive by, do not pass go... find the next rest stop
Half of the listed menu wasn’t available. The crispy chicken sandwich, which was available, was disgusting. The “chicken” was an unidentifiable mass of stringy wormlike something with the consistency of wet rubber bands. Horrible!

Although the food was just ok and a short lady working there was a little abrupt, I must admit she was a hard worker. They feed us, even though the roof was linking, Helped us find outlets to plug in our phones and most of all let us sit there for hours during a massive rainstorm.

Big Mac has too much big not enough Mac. And you know the reason why they called him McNuggets not chicken nuggets because they don't have enough chicken in them to actually call them chicken nuggets. They have less than 50% chicken

Mens bathroom is always discussing. Always durty, doesn't have a proper higiene for a 24 hours place. Poor supervision for cleaning facilities. Specially now with the Covid situation. I hope this review will make a difference.

I don't normally leave reviews but today I felt like I needed to show some appreciation to the kind gentlemen who assisted me when I visited this McDonald's on 8-27-21 @ 12:15 am. Bernard deserves a raise for the extraordinary work he does and exceptional customer service he delivers. I decided to go to that location bc the other location on broad st was closed which was very disappointing as the staff was just sitting in the front lobby talking but they stated they were closed which is why all the customer were heading to this location. Bernard took my order very enthusiasticly and accurately while being the only person working both windows on his own. I took the time to truly thank him as i admire his hard work. This kind of work has to be rewarded and acknowledged. THANK YOU BERNARD !!!
