My smoothies are so THICK & packed securely and thoughtfully, ensuring my food arrives safely and in great condition. Her attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction truly stand out. On days she (Jennifer) is not working I always know it because 9 out of 10 my order is poorly made and special requests are ignored.

When I first begin eating here I would order the ceaser chicken wrap or chicken bowl and it would be a nice amount of food. I’m noticing this place is skimping out on the portions of chicken they’re serving… I thought it was a one off but when I ordered 2 chicken bowls last week I was extremely disappointed smh…I most likely will stop supporting this place and find something else to eat

Very bad costumer service. We decided to go and have breakfast on Sunday morning, and we went to Minias on Bloomfield ave, we asked for mangu and huevos ranchers, coffee and a glass of water. We waited for almost 30 mins, nobody came to us. We had to go to the counter and ask for sugar. Waited a few more mins and nothing. They were just focus on online orders. Very bad costumer service. Never going back to that place.

Edit to respond to the restaurant's response: The picture of the round bread with the receipt is in fact what I received in my order from the restaurant. The picture of the 4 croissants was included to show you what croissants look like from google images- they all look the same. The person I spoke to seemed to think that there are many types of croissants and I was sent a round one. Then I was told you dont sell croissants. First time I was told my flat croissant was made that way fresh. Over the phone I was told the bread is not made in the restaurant. Several lies, no accountability for the mistake, instead a deflection and shaming. Seems about right. Also added a photo of the TWO DOLLARS UPCHARGE that you charge for putting a sandwich on the croissants you "don't sell or have on the menu" on the platforms (doordash).
This is the third time I order a croissant from Minias through doordash and they send whatever they want instead. I called and was told croissants are never the same. I was spoken to in circles and no accountability was taken. Done here.

I don't mind paying for a good meal, but this place overcharges for simple changes to an order. I got a simple breakfast wrap to-go with ONLY peppers/onions/spinach...I wanted that INSTEAD of meat or cheese. They charged me $2 extra for the veggies. A $12 breakfast wrap!? They were also very slow to serve. Not cool in my opinion. I can get better for cheaper/quicker elsewhere.

First time here and I love this little cafe. Comfortable seating. Fresh food and the coffee is delicious for someone who hates coffee lol the ladies are really pleasant also. I think they bake their own bagels because they taste amazing

First, there is no parking around. Very hard to find a spot. Inside is small with a few tables. The food was ok. Nothing extremely flavorful or exciting. The protein smoothie was good, probably the only reason I would return.
