I thought I’d buy fresh hopia from a bakery, so I went to this place instead of buying at Asian grocery nearby. But , I was so disappointed. Hopia taste stale and very dry though the label expires 12/14.

Something about the taste of the bread, I think there is too much leavening thus there is more bitterness in their bread.

Hot pandesal. Garlicky, tasty chicken empanadas with thin dough , unlike other empanadas that are mostly crust with little filling. Pork siopao.

I love this spot. It’s my go-to for pork buns. I also got a bag of fresh warm rolls and they are amazing.
Modest Asian Bakery. Fairly small selection but the people are pleasant and the food is good. This is the only one I know of in the area so I'm glad to have found it.

Loved the bicho bicho,ube and pandan pandesal,steamed ube siopao,special steamed siopao not coming from china town! Way to go Myra’s bakery! Mango cake delicious! Good gift giving to other out of state relatives when you visit. Hmm can he send them as gifts out of state? You will make bloomfield proud!

I'm excited to come here. 45 minutes away, their flan is rotten, and the ube that I put in my mixture is rotten. And their ube bread is rotten. That other bread I bought is no longer fresh. ?

I never heard of making a mango cake with thick butter cream icing. They changed the recipe and never told me. I asked the manager to call me. I left my number but he never did. Very disappointed
