This site is my preferable restaurant. Of all restaurants I know I favor it most. I always suggests to my friends to go to visit this place. when I feel like having a good lunchon, this restaurant comes instantly to my head. outstanding and food and a rich cuisine.professional staff, and good atmosphere. In addition to that, the tariff is modest. I sent my friends to this place with no doubt.

STAY AWAY PLEASE! As I was waiting for my ordered, a young lady who was serving my food attempted to close one of the boxes, and I saw her taking some rice out of the box with her hand - literally- not using any kind of utensil to do so. I immediately complained and told her that I no longer want the food. She grabbed a bottle of hand sanitizer and told me that “her hands were clean”. I couldn’t believe it! I had to call my bank to dispute the charge since she refused to give me a refund.

This used to be the best chinese food around. Within the last 2 years they got progessively worse. What happened? They get the orders wrong, forget to give you your free items & delivery was 20 mins; now 30-45 mins. They are getting stingy with ingredients.

I had surgery Tuesday and hadn't had an appetite in days. I order lobster fried rice, cheese wontons and half a chicken. The food was fresh, still hot when i got it. It tasted delicious, and im a picky eater. I got 2 free cans of soda. The delivery man was polite. I am definitely ordering from here on out at this restaurant. There menu is updated that helped with ordering.

Order here if you want a place that serves low quality food that skimps on ingredients. We had chicken lo mein that was practically all noodles and barely any chicken. The so called "lobster fried rice" was 97% yellow rice and onions mixed with a very scant amount of imitation crab mixed with what looked and tasted more like tiny bits of crawfish meat. The fact that they believe they can insult people's intelligence by calling this "lobster" is ridiculous.

We've always enjoyed the food at New China, and have been ordering here for a couple years now, but our latest order tonight did not live up to its usual standards. I'm not sure if the restaurant has recently changed owners? If this is the case and someone knows I'd love to know. The food tasted completely different, and no where near what we've come to expect from New China. It was no where near as good, and I'm not talking like they've had a bad night, everything tasted like it was from a totally different restaurant. I'm so disappointed and hope this is somehow an unexplainable fluke, and things will return to how they were.

Bad Food!!!! Progressively WORSE each time I ordered. They have gotten the order wrong on several occasions. Also, shrimp fried rice is made with yellow rice which was mushy and lacked authentic flavor. When I called to complain I was told I had to specify I wanted fried rice with white rice, which also cost $1 more!! This will be my last time ordering.
