This my 3rd time calling with them answering the phone, laughing in my ear & purposely hanging up {very unprofessional} Definitely need to learn customer service skills dealing with the public
I am in the food industry for 4 decades, and rarely have I been so underwhelmed by the quality of food that a professional establishment presents to the public. The young man who took my order for shrimp fried rice with double the shrimp and brown rice, didn't bother write it down on the container, but charged for it non the less. i am guessing at the end of the shift they keep the over rings and devide money among themselves. This used to be one the best Chinese restaurants but now what a disappointment. I placed an order for lunch letting the young man that took my order that previously my daughter and I had been there and order pork friend rice(seafood allergy). When we got home I received a pint of shrimp fried rice called back they apologized and prepared another order. Picked it up came home and shrimp fried rice. We called back to receive more apologies was told we could come back but we passed....read full review
