I waited for almost 25 minutes for my food to be ready. Their speed might not have been superb but their central AC sure was. So even tho I waited longer than I would have liked, at least I was cool and comfortable. But seriously tho, train your staff to be productive. It was obvious to me that the crew seemed very young and inexperienced in their roles.

I had a coupon for 10 tenders 2 sides and 5 biscuits, I only got 2 biscuits with my order I would recommend coming to this place

This just looks like it’ll poison me lol. Their food is never good or fresh. Never ordering again.

When I went to this Popeyes location in Bloomfield. I ordered 2 big box orders and asked for white meat spicy and the worker told me it would cost extra for white meat. I have always gotten white meat big box orders at other locations without a problem. When I said I wanted white meat at the advertised price he finally said okay but when I got home it was dark meat anyway. I hate when people play games with my money that way.
Update: The reply they sent makes it obvious they don't want to address the problem at all. I will go to another Popeyes location in the future.

Service at this Popeyes is absolutely awful.
I've reported the service to HR prior... You stand there for 20 minutes when there's one person in front of you people don't work..
It's got a little better .. today I walked in to buy one biscuit it took 15 minutes. There's only one person in front of me.

Worst location I've ever been to.. if you get Uber eats expect your order to be screwed up every time.

Service was extremely awful, Tall Spanish Gentle men at register anywhere between 16-21 of age refused to serve me, The young lady working the counter next to him same age group, short black hair gave me a nasty look when i asked how was her day going. These too emplyoee's should be relocated to trash pick up if they cant get customer service, this occured on September 6,2024

This is the worst branch of Popeyes. The customer service is the worst and they always miss something in my order. Like every time, how is that even possible m. They don’t even take accountability for it. Ridiculous??‍♀️
