Super cute place with seriously delicious food. Highly recommend for a birthday- the way they sing is very nice! Minus one star because the place is quite cramped and the parking is a bit of a hassle. But food and service are 10/10.

I’ve ordered from this place six times in four years, never again. (Obviously, I need to work at learning my lessons faster!) Every time I go there, or order from there, the food is late, delayed, or incorrect. They have: forgotten one of the pizzas, given me one right and one wrong pizza, given me two wrong pizzas, said an order was ready, when in fact it was not yet in the oven. I don’t care how tasty the food is if you can’t get my order correct. I hope they enjoy the credit card dispute that’s coming their way after the latest fiasco.

It's a pretty good spot. The place is super small and sometimes can be difficult to just walk in and get a table. How cramped it is definitely took atmosphere points off. Thr actual design of the place definitely feels itallian. The itallian music played is pretty good. Food is pretty good, but for the prices they charge, it's not THAT good. Service is very good and the people are very nice.
It's a pretty decent spot, wouldn't say avoid it, wouldn't say it blows me away.

The place is BYOB but they do have wine on sites. However there is a liquor store as well. A few doors down where you can get beer or wine. We came in on a Saturday without reservations but I do recommend having reservations. We were able to sit in the back near a heater and it was perfect. Beautiful patio located both in the front and the back. We ordered the lamb pops to start and they were delicious and perfectly charred. We then split the carbonara, risotto, and the soprano pasta. I do not recommend the carbonara it tasted more like an alfredo than anything else and was very soupy. However, everything else was very good and we also ordered the creme brulee which was tasty but it was not settled. our server was great even though they were very busy.

Horrible. Second time we have gone here and left. We reserved a reservation on the phone and when we showed up we were told we had to sit outside because the dining room was over booked, even though they never told us they had outside seating. It was 50 degrees outside, and my self (pregnant) and my grandmother who is 88 years old did not want to sit out side in the freezing cold. The owner was not apogolgic at all, and was just rude. He said if we wanted we could eat in the nail salon next door? Horrible. Second time we have had rude service from the owner. Do not recommend waisting your money on a dump restaurant in Bloomfield.
My husband and I drive 4 hours to and fro, just to eat here. My husband says that their calzone is the best he has had in his life. The service is also amazing!

Went around 9:30 pm on Thursday night as I was craving for tiramisu. Paid 8$ and they gave me two cans of Bindi tiramisu jars. When I went home and opened it ; it smelled like rotten eggs and tasted sour. Extremely disappointed.

Popolari was actually a huge surprise!! I am a big foodie and I go to a lot of places to try their pizzas and pastas. Let me tell you something, this place was not as expected. It was much better. For starters, we made reservations for 6:30 (the day of) for 5 people. We arrived 2 mins late and our table was waiting for us. Medo, the owner, greeted us at the door immediately. We knew right away that we would have great service. Once we sat down, the server walked us through the menu and recommended the top choices. We ordered pizza for appetizer and let me tell you, it was not a disappointment. It was phenomenal! We also ordered 4 different pasta dishes and 1 secondi entree and all were amazing. The Bolognese and spicy vodka pastas are a must. Even the chicken milanese with veggies (which is a basic dish) was amazing and different. We are so happy we gave this place a try. Perfect location, great vibe, music and people. Can't wait to come back!!
