Leña y Carbón Bloomfield

Ask for a chaufa especial (beef-chicken-shrimp) to go.
I got some dark rice with the meats but no eggs or any flavor the resemblance a chaufa.
I called to complain and I was promised a call back from the manager but that never happened.
Very disappointed. I’m not going back.

Forgot to include rice my meal, when I called to ask about it the server hung up on me.

Updating my review since the store has changed to Lena y Carbon.

Overall improvements everywhere from the rotisserie chicken, sides and sauce.
Made my order late and the chicken and jalea came out great.

The side of chaufa was a bit plain, maybe because if you get a meat, the flavor would be right.

I will now visiting more now.

Tasteless pesto sauce(tallarines verdes & steak) steak so bad like a piece of rubber you couldn't even cut it.

It's my own fault (aka always check your food before leaving with a carry-out order)...

Just got back from Leña y Carbón (Bloomfield), where I ordered the quarter chicken, and specifically ordered white meat, because I really don't like dark meat. And so of course, I got home and... leg/thigh quarter! Unfortunately, I live too far away to go back...

In an almost empty restaurant on a Sunday afternoon, I don't understand how they can get the order so wrong. It's unlikely that I'll ever go back there again...

We were eating in this very nice and clean place but the food was nothing to do with, I ordered a mixed ceviche and what they gave me was a fish ceviche, the food really has no Peruvian flavor.

Don't really want to leave a review like this but when you're sitting waiting for your order and you hear it called and someone goes up there and sees how it looks and decides to order it also and they give your order away you can't expect a good review. It's also a nice cool night and there were a lot of flies in the restaurant you will have to swat away. food is average at best. So overall the service is terrible and there were bugs in the restaurant
