Updating my review since the store has changed to Lena y Carbon.

Overall improvements everywhere from the rotisserie chicken, sides and sauce.
Made my order late and the chicken and jalea came out great.

The side of chaufa was a bit plain, maybe because if you get a meat, the flavor would be right.

I will now visiting more now.

It's my own fault (aka always check your food before leaving with a carry-out order)...

Just got back from Leña y Carbón (Bloomfield), where I ordered the quarter chicken, and specifically ordered white meat, because I really don't like dark meat. And so of course, I got home and... leg/thigh quarter! Unfortunately, I live too far away to go back...

In an almost empty restaurant on a Sunday afternoon, I don't understand...

Excellent gastronomic experience in this Peruvian restaurant! The food is authentic and delicious, but what really stands out is the quality of the service. Our waitress was very attentive and recommended the best dishes in the house. The atmosphere is cozy and the decoration is very Peruvian. Without a doubt, a place that I recommend to try the true essence of Peruvian food! We will be back soon!"
