I was a regular and liked the place, but today I came in and placed an order. The guy working said it would be ready in half an hour. After 35 minutes, he asked what my order was. After 45 minutes, he said he hadnāt started it and it would take 90. When he gave me my money back, he couldnāt figure out how to give me the tip, so I basically paid him to not make me a pizza and waste nearly an hour of my life.
I do appreciate ownerās willingness to make it better later.
