If I could put zero stars I would. I ordered a custom vegan birthday cake on 8/18 for pickup by 12 pm on 9/1. I arrived to be told the cake wasn't done and it would be 20 minutes more. I had a day planned and needed the cake. I left to run errands and came back over an hour later to be told they need 10 more minutes. The woman then comes out to tell me to make sure my car is cold and put the air on. It's quite obvious the cake was not baked and prepared for delivery. A 6 inch cake is now brought out to me in a half sheet cake box with tape and the top of the box is sticking to the icing that wasn't set . No writing on the cake and I was told they weren't aware they were supposed to write anything. I leave with this cake in my arms to walk to my car when the woman comes out on Broad Street asking me if I now want her to take the cake back in to write the name. I was like absolutely not. I literally paid $70 for a 6 inch cake that had crushed icing, not a color, decoration or even the happy birthday written on it. My first and my last experience. Horrible customer service. Yet another gem! Walked in to a greeting and a sweet smile from Marie, so kind and gentle. The atmosphere was my cup of tea, quiet with a wonderful jazz, pop/rock and roll and orchestral pop list playing in the background. The food was AMAZING I had the bacon, egg and cheese on a biscuit which didn’t disappoint. The mango smoothie was naturally sweet, the blueberry scone was the perfect texture and sweet. Over all I was impressed, so happy I found this place I’ll def be back more often.

Sweet Trail offers mostly breakfast items with a few extras. I got the lobster roll. The bun was great, but the hearts of palm "meat" could use a little more massaging. Raw hearts of palm are a little too hard to replicate lobster. The mayo level is great but could use a boost of spices. It's a little too bland. Sweet Trail offers a lot (vegan Taylor Ham!). I look forward to trying more.

Saw the scone thru the front window, knew I needed the scone. It was delicious and the environment was great. Didn’t catch her first name but one of the owners took care of me. She was as kind as the scone was sweet. Will be going again as it’s a super convenient location. Thanks!

I can’t believe this is our first time here. Wish I could go back in time just so that we could have been enjoying their baked goods, coffee and food for longer. We had the Bacon Egg and Cheese on a Biscuit and wow- the biscuit was perfectly soft and savory and the vegan eggs were fluffy- honestly the perfect breakfast sandwich. The person working was also supper sweet. There’s plenty of room to eat inside and my iced soy latte was perfect. Will be returning!

A very cute spot, I’m so glad I went on a bad day for a treat. It really turned my day around, and the bacon egg and cheese on a biscuit is top notch. I’m so glad they’re here. Also v good coffee!

When looking at the pictures on Happy Cow, you would think they offer double what they actually have in stock. There’s usually about a max of ten bakery items which is the main thing I was excited about. Both times I went it was pretty much the same. Their milkshakes and sandwiches are great though!
