Love the coconut bowls but I try not to go in here as much anymore because of the unattentive staff and the loud obnoxious music they play. Also they are always closed before the time it says on the Google page. Very annoying.

I called at 7:21 to place a quick order for pick up and got no response. I walked in at 7:30 and the girls inside told me they were closed and weren’t serving customers. I understand that they close at 8 but there was a half hour left before closing time. If you close at 7:30, then change the site. Otherwise, employees should be able to serve customers a whole 30 minutes before closing time.

Very disappointed the last 2 times I went there. They were playing very explicit music with vulgar language. Wouldn't walk in there with my 10 year old ever again. A beautifully decorated place. Immature staff were careless and rude. Fruit bowls have always been great but seems to me like the fruit and granola content are dwindling in replace of more of the icy fruit mix at the bottom. As the value gets less the price goes up.

I ordered a buffalo chicken wrap & a chicken Cesar wrap and it was by far the most disgusting wrap. Everything was soggy and foil was stuck on the wrap. Will not be ordering from there again, do not recommend overpriced.

They gave me uncooked rice, not undercooked, it was completely new uncooked rice.Plus, their fruit bowls are very watery and extra artificial sweet.

Most awful poke poke I’ve ever had the rice was RAW like literally hard. Didn’t have time to say anything because I had to leave but just straight up raw. They also just didn’t have a lot ingredients

For starters, both items ordered were a dollar more than what was on the menu. My friend ordered the wild berry coconut bowl which she said was good (hence the 2 stars). The sweet grass smoothie was way too watery and had no flavor at all. The worse part of my experience was the customer service. When I first walked in, 2 members were just yelling and talking in the back about personal matters. The staff member then came to the front on the phone & remained on FaceTime while I ordered and while she made my order. She then just stared at the computer for a solid minute while talking on the phone before asking if I wanted anything else. Also - all the chairs were still up midday. Weird.

Used to love this place, basically got a poke bowl atleast once a week! Unfortunately it's fallen off and it seems lately I always have an issue. Wrong ingredients in my bowl, no longer offering sushi rice, wrong smoothie, shrimp tails still on in the bowl, long waits while the store is empty- so disappointed because it was so good! RIP to the points and gift cards I have but maybe I'll just travel further to another location.

I experience good customer service during my visit to Sweetberry Bloomfield; employees help me navigate Vegan options then make me a custom PokeBowl with Tofu (barely taste the tofu alone), Mango Bits (which have a smooth texture with a subtle cool freshness), Carrots (more for crunch, a healthy addition), Crispy Flakes (which taste good alone), and the star of the meal is the lemon-vinaigrette sauce (I empty both sauce containers quick, all the sauce on my food). I like the interior design of the facility, good vibes during my visit. The establishment takes different forms of payment.
