I got the Fajita Burrito with Carnitas and it was so so sooo bland. It just kind of tastes like grease. Not a single spice or seasoning was used on the ingredients of this burrito. The burrito is a large portion so it will fill you up if your hungry but i wasn't able to finish it just due to how bland it was.
none of the females there have any brain cells. They allowed me to enter order 30 tacos, charge me and then say that they are actually all out of meat. Another time.. ordered 30 tacos 15 carnitas 15 chicken and they gave me 30 carnitas. Not even worth it. Bland and basic
This location is definitely the worst of all the ones in the area. I try to give this spot a chance every year, but they just find new ways to keep me away.
Skip this location and go to the one in Clifton instead.
I like it, the food in general is good, but the service is terrible. The woman who serves is arrogant and rude. When I arrived, her back was turned so I decided to wait. She turned around and completely ignored me when I spoke to her. She preferred to answer a call rather than take my order. Again, I had to wait for a few minutes...at the end, she took my order with a rude attitude.
All the food is excellent and the service is very good, the bad thing is that the place is very small and you always have to order takeout. But I still always recommend it.
The only reason it even has a star is that I have to opt for one before I write this review. In February 2017 I decided to check this place out on a taco Tuesday night I believe I ordered some carnitas tacos with guacamole and nachos on the side. The very next day I woke up feeling ill and experienced the worst stomach pains I have ever experienced in my life. It felt as if someone was stabbing me in the stomach with a red hot screwdriver. I took some mylanta and chalked it up to acid reflux and attempted to carry on with my day as usual. I had stopped at the nearby Home Depot that same day to buy some tools for work and nearly fainted from exhaustion and dehydration and ended up in the hospital with food poisoning. I have never been the same person since. I have been prone to panic attacks and I had to have my gallbladder removed due to a constant E. coli infection that has plagued me for several years afterwards. In short DO NOT EAT HERE PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
very good

This is a hidden gem right on Bloomfield Ave in Bloomfield. If you know you know right across from the rickles center!! I got the Mexicanos Tacos and they were filled with yummy flavors! You can also ask for mild or hot sauce!!! The price was great for a full plate. Keep in mind parking is not the easiest, however you can park in the parking lot adjacent to the restaurant.
Parking: Park near the laundry mat close to the Popeyes.

The cashier is very annoying, she serves in a bad way and with a bad attitude, the tacos are delicious but they give very little sauce and a pittance of lemon. If you ask for extra sauce they don't give you.

The food is great. A nice "heathy" alternative to all the fast food around. They have an authentic vibe & atmosphere, albeit a tiny location with little room to park in the back on a Friday night.
However, they really need to work on their customer service. A smile or a "hey how can I help you?" goes a long way.
I ordered for pick up through Grubhub. My order was supposed to be ready by 10:40 & when I never got the notification saying it's ready, I headed to the location & got there around 10:55PM. I waited a full 10 min in front of the cashier & who I assume is the owner - who really seemed like he was just watching & observing, which is strange considering I stood there for 10 minutes and no one asked me what my name was, if I was there to pick up, nothing. It's as if I was blended into the wall paint.
After they seemed to clear out the influx of delivery drivers waiting to get their delivery orders, that's when the cashier said "are you ordering?" I get being stressed at work & having your manager watching you and not helping, but maybe an apology - or in the very least "hi, how can I help you?"
I guess she sensed my disappointment & gave me the fresh squeezed lime juice on the house. That's the only plus. My food, this time, was cold, but I will still give the food 4 stars because it USUALLY is good.
I will chalk it up to being a busy Friday night but please look up some customer service videos on Youtube & utilize empathy, communication, and conflict-resolution at your job.

The place is very dirty, you can see the dirt in every place, and if you are going to wash your hands before eating, I assure you that how disgusting the bathroom is will take away your desire to eat, it is too dirty.
How are you not going to have avocado but still charge me the same price!! Makes no sense!! No discount, nothing!
