Picked up my order and the lady misinterpreted what I said and gave me a sub-par bowl. Then she had the audacity to suggest that I come back, return the bowl and place a new order. Pay extra for your mistakes? No, thank you. Food isn’t fresh either. Would NOT recommend this place.

Google says place is opened until 12am; placed an order for pickup via GrubHub and it went through, showed up and the store is closed.

This place should be out of business! Food is nasty. Service is bad. Ordered the Mexicano tacos with pico and it was dangerously spicy without warning or indication. When i asked for a refund, I was told that they have to wait for the manager to call me before issuing it.

I mistakenly called in an order today 8/13 at about 4:26pm when I meant to call the Bloomfield Ave location. Unfortunately, I didn’t realize this until I got to the Bloomfield Ave location. When I called the Passaic Ave location I was told it was ready but I
Was already too far away. I just wanted to extend my deepest apologies to the staff. This was my fault, not theirs.

Always order from this place and get tostadas with everything on it , first time I order it with out jalapeños and the made we wait 30 min for a plain tostadas with just steak and onions when I called back to complain they said the week prior they just stopped putting avacados slices and other topping smh what a scam for 33$…would never go here again

My fiancée and I were craving tacos on a Friday night and decided to give this local place a go. There was a buy one get one free special on several items through the Uber app. We ordered the los tacos with some fixings. Since they were buy one get one free, we requested to get Carnitas and El Pastor. Our request was granted and we got 8 tacos of mixed variety for 11 bucks. We ordered chips with the spicy nacho cheese, which was also buy one get one. Delicious.
The restaurant packaged everything neatly and the food definitely satisfied our cravings. The churros were an added bonus and worth the price as well. Altogether, our meal cost less than $30 with plenty of leftovers. Would recommend for satisfying Mexican cuisine in the local area. Worth the price!

The al pastor platter was covered in grease the meat was so fatty…tiny serving of rice and beans. carnitas tacos was good but portions were so small. Don’t think we will be back

The food was great when they opened in Bloomfield. Last 5 times, no, and we moved on. Chicken is dry, in fajita platter, only 1 tablespoon of black beans, 1 teaspoon only of salsa. Quac is priced too high for amount, and very few chips. Cutting corners and portions is how you loose customers. I assume this chain is a franchise, so might try another location.

Food was okay, but the chicken on Sunday was so salty OMG. My kids couldn’t even eat their quesadillas and I couldn’t eat food either.
