Had a small get together at my brother's, ordered food for me and his family. Everyone, including our picky eater, enjoyed the tacos. I got a pork Quesadilla for myself and my niece and I loved it. Their spicy red salsa is great.

Honestly, used to love ordering from here and their other locations. Recently, the portions have been a victim to shrinkflation where you pay WAY more at and get so much less. On top of that, it feels like the cooks are just phoning it in. Maybe they need to be paid better or something but the flavor has been missing for a while, not just once in a while. I used to be a big fan of the Endiablado Alambres because I love habaneros and spicy, but lately, they don't even put habaneros in it anymore. Wish Taqueria Los Gueros would pay more attention and get back to the quality they once were.

Second time they messed up my simple order there. I ordered an alambre poblano and a side of chips and guacamole to go. The pieces of avocado were brown and they did no give me my side of guacamole. Called them to see if they can refund the side of chips and guac but they did not. They lost a loyal customer for the entire chain. It is what it is they say.

Decided to give Los Gueros a 2nd try....different location this time. Decided to order the 30 for 30 tacos. What is going on here why did i receive plain tacos and why was my guacamole brown. Idk how they stay in business I truly don't get it. 3.5 stars is too much. People do yourself a favor and try La Gringa in Bloomfield Center.???

The worst tacos I have ever eaten . They stuffed the old stale corn tacos with stale cold cuts . We paid for grilled chicken !!!! It took an hour and a half to get eight small tacos ready !! That too they were stuffed with garbage !!! I have a heart condition, my stomach got upset soon after I ate the food . I almost called an ambulance. Threw up all night . I do not recommend eating at this place at all !!! No wonder it has only two stars . They are not worth one star !!! Whoever is preparing the food is not a happy person!!!;(((

My family and I love the food here and the family of restaurants - I've been a customer since they opened. However today, I ordered before it rained received my food 2 hours later ( and still tipped the driver) and after calling and asking for a refund on the drinks that we didn't get - no refund. (No one offered to rectify the situation - I had to ask)This is not the first time an item was forgotten and not the first time I had to go get it myself.I was really relying on the needed convenience of delivery this evening and strive to support local businesses.I felt like they didn't care.
